The customer service was really good when I emailed asking which balloons to purchase for a balloon display I wanted to make. They responded the next business days with the links to all the balloons and accessories I needed. This made it much easier than going through their massive selection. They have a pick-up option if you want to save on the shipping cost. The only thing is that it's hard to find the warehouse. There should be more signage to help customers find the warehouse. You have to turn off of Aimco and then down the road a little bit, turn left, and drive to the back.

Originally we were going to get balloons at Party City but decided to try a new place. The lady/owner was friendly during our short visit today. Once we chose the balloons we liked she arranged them nicely into a bouquet. We got a large, medium, and four regular balloons for $33. Pricing here is similar to Party City from what I remember. The store is a bit disorganized but we were able to find what we were looking for.

We had to place our order through their website at least 24 hours prior to our pickup date and only show up for curbside pickup. I called them and the accommodated my purchase. The girl at the cash was sweet about it and didn't give us a hassle. Upon further investigation it seems all of the "Q" letters had been placed into the "O" spot which caused the mix up.
