A week later, they come to our door for an installation appointment that we never agreed to. I told the installer that we never agreed and he tried to walk by me to start the installation. I stopped him and told him to get off my property and all he did was smile at me. I asked if he understood me and he mumbled something and finally left. Do I need to call the police? I asked if they could provide an exact key and the cost. I explained exactly what I needed and was quoted a price between $10 and $40. Later that afternoon I drove to have the key made. However, when I went to pay, they charged me $134. Wow! I was shocked at paying more than three times as much. I told them I was quoted $40, but they disregarded my complaint. I had no choice but to pay it. I am disappointed in this lack of integrity and the worst part was they were highly recommended by another business to be good and reasonably priced. Not my experience. Be careful about this con.
