I got a tire rotation and balancing, out of four matched tires from time kingdom all of a sudden I have three matched and one not matched and bald. Additionally I took my car in for a leak of anti freeze from a tube, the correct fluid was not replaced (green instead of red or pink fluid). I could go on and on about problems and concerns but this is enough to start. If you audit their customers you will find the same complaints, you even hear her arguing with customers on the phone about they had problems with the car prior to repairs this is ongoing. They do fix problems but they cause other problems by exchanging parts from other cars. Oh yeah! after a wheel aliment and balance now I need ball bearings. They NEED to be investigated, they are crooks. One other major concern if you take your car in for repairs and you are having NO problems with your air how is it that now the center vent is not working. She has an excuse for everything.
