However, as usual, Mike dealt with the issue with professionalism and a genuine commitment to solving my problem without gouging me with a costly repair. Mike diagnosed the issue and explained it to me in terms I could understand, which I really appreciated. He gave me a clear breakdown of the repair process and an estimate of the cost, which was fair and reasonable. He didn't JUMP to charge me for an expensive part that I didn't need (which the dealership would have done). The repair itself was completed in a timely manner, and when I picked up my car, the air conditioner was working better than ever. I have been going to Mike for my car repairs for many years as I value both his honesty as well as his dedication to customer satisfaction. It's taken me awhile to write this since I do have other life priorities than writing reviews. But here it finally is. After they changed my front brakes, and let them convince me the rotors needed changed but...did not. What was I thinking?! Anyway...finally had funds to get the rear brakes done. Was given an estimate but then AFTER the brakes were done & I got the bill it was $200 higher (I realize and estimate is just that) however $200 when they couldn't get the ones quoted so got the more expensive ones, without telling me First! Considering I am barely surviving on SS (which they were aware of my financial constraints) but even if not...they should've told me BEFORE they did the job giving me the option to reschedule!! It wasn't a dire emergency! It wouldn't been the smart decision...it's just poor business sense if one really cares about retaining a customer! On top of that, the rotors unlike the front ones which aren't near as bad, have the greatest amount of brake dust I've ever experienced on my 19 yo car...it accumulates in less than 2 days! They constantly need Cleaned it's so horrendous and unsightly...and for $200 MORE?!?! Plus they Screech when I brake!! Unacceptable & Inexcusable!! They didn't try to add a dozen charges to the bill or push extended warranties. I could take a test drive without a salesman in the car. Because the radio & touchscreen media center were faulty, they ordered a modern new one and paid for the installation, which was $400. Because I drove a car in Florida a dozen years ago and Joey said I did not have to pay the huge first-time registration fee. While waiting for the touch screen to arrive I was permitted to put up a small deposit and take the car home for two days. The price was good and the 2015 Toyota Corolla was in excellent shape. (I paid a specialist in car inspections $229 to check everything out.) Good Rides also provided a free CarFax report. A private owner would have done none of this. Was everything perfect? Well, I expected the car to come with a gas tank half full but got an almost empty one. That was the only downside. So, if you want to deal with guys who operate like in the good old days you can't do better than here. I really lucked out. P.S. I live in Stuart, FL.

Discovered this dealer online my daughter had an interest in a vehicle here arrived met "Tony"…read morestraight forward accommodating no bull obviously my daughter is young so her credit isn't anything to write home about anyhow did our 10 minute test drive Tony went above and beyond to insure she was able to get financing after a few minutes he was able to get her financed also she had a couple of old license plates he worked his magic and saved her couple hundred dollars by using her old plate took his time to explain everything also with her financing got gap we're other locations wanted an extra $900-$1200 for gap also got a 24 months & 24k miles engine, drivetrain, & mechanical extended warranty. Everything went well until 24 hours later when the sliding door wouldn't open we call Tony already had an attitude said bring it in would have his mechanic (not on site) look at it after 18 hours no news called Tony stated to contact mechanic directly mechanic stated project would be extensive and couldn't do anything until next week asked Tony to speak with the owner that's when all shit broke loose & Tony showed his true colors like 99% of used car dealers turned into an asshole said call the warranty company we did they stated would not cover pre existing how in gods name does anyone know what can go wrong with a used vehicle makes no sense, needless to say stay away from this place one of the biggest mistakes we've made once you have a problem they wash their hands of you the owner Stephane Zimmerman will not return your call this Tony jerk is Lucy he's on their property God forbid I run into him elsewhere! It's not uncommon to here "you really don't need that," "this can wait until," or "we can get something that's just as good and it will save you a few bucks." They don't sell you a service or part if you don't need it. Standard service prices are very reasonable. They are open on Saturday for half a day which is a HUGE plus.

I have been going to this repair shop ONLY. Since going there a lot of things have been happening…read morethat have been very questionable. I got a routine oil change no prior problems all of a sudden I started getting oil pressure problems, car stayed in shop more than three weeks. I got a tire rotation and balancing, out of four matched tires from time kingdom all of a sudden I have three matched and one not matched and bald. Additionally I took my car in for a leak of anti freeze from a tube, the correct fluid was not replaced (green instead of red or pink fluid). I could go on and on about problems and concerns but this is enough to start. If you audit their customers you will find the same complaints, you even hear her arguing with customers on the phone about they had problems with the car prior to repairs this is ongoing. They do fix problems but they cause other problems by exchanging parts from other cars. Oh yeah! after a wheel aliment and balance now I need ball bearings. They NEED to be investigated, they are crooks. One other major concern if you take your car in for repairs and you are having NO problems with your air how is it that now the center vent is not working. She has an excuse for everything. First time i took any car there was about 2001, he changed the oil and asked how long i had left under warranty, i had only that day left. He instructed me to go directly to the nearby dealership as my transmission was failing & needed a lot of work, that saved me over $5,000. They are very honest, most places would tell people that they can fix it for $6,000 or more.
