We called to let them know and to send pictures of what we believe is the problem of why the unit was not working and this company immediately did not want to take ownership of the wires being wired incorrectly when they were the ones that wired it up. They also stated that they could come do a diagnostic on it for $89. Poor customer service at its finest. Never will recommend this company to anyone.

I reached out tto Atlas and Chris was able to come over that day! After thoroughly checking out the system he decided on a plan of action. The downside was that he suggested we turn off the A/C. The temp was around low 90s, so that wasn't the sort of news I was hoping for! Anyway, to my surprise he arrived back at our home at 9am the next day.
