Totally put me at ease and was super helpful. Ive used Uhaul in the past and I usually get this truck with a ripped interior patched up by duct tape made in the 80's. They had a perfect "kit" with all the items together. While we were there, we also got a couple extra boxes to store some of our stuff (junk?). The process was fast. We paid and left. Glad to know they are not far away should I need additional supplies.

It had less than a 1/4 tank of gas. I returned it with almost 1/2 tank of gas. It had an old taco chip in drivers side door so was not clean. This had nothing to do with Anna who was exceptional. But we did not get what we asked for which is completely on Uhaul. I mean, come on! The Ford truck was turned in on the previous Saturday with 2 flat tires and no gas ? We won't be coming back to this Truck rental facility again, that is for dang sure! We rented from 10 thru 13 April 2023.
