Today is my husbands birthday and I I wanted to surprise him with getting the windows tinted. It was last minute, but I called Central Valley Window Tinting and they were able to get me in same day. They called in the afternoon to let me know that it was done and WOW! What a difference!! They did a phenomenal job! It looks like a brand new car! We are so so happy with how it came out! This was easily the best experience I've had with a tint shop. The owners were so sweet and the price was more than fair. They use 3M film and it has a great warranty. The door edges on my car had added protective film in San Diego. Noticed all were not setting right in certain area and made an appt at CV window tinting. They spent about 15 mins and it was all fixed. In this day and age, it's hard to find a business that is willing to go above and beyond when they were not even the ones who did the job to begin with! I've been using Central Valley Window tint for at least ten years. I would like to point out they do all the high end dealer cars. For a reason. I'm blown away by some yelpers. Just goes to show you that no matter what you can't make every one happy. I've always been told when to pick my car up. I've always been able to get ahold of Them and make an appointment that day. And they've never left a car out in the parking lot. And best of all there Amazing, I keep bringing my cars back, not cause there cheap. Come on people you get what you pay for. No because there work is as close to flawless as you can get. I've had the paint protection put on two cars in the last two years and between my personal and work trucks another 5 tinted just in the last two years. And they've all been perfect. Went here 2 years ago and still erks me to think about the horrible experience! Received tinting as a gift which was purchased specifically because they offer saturday appointment. It took me 20+ calls and 6 months to schedule my appointment on a saturday because I lived and worked in Sacramento. They always had a new excuse why "just this saturday and next saturday we won't be open" oh, and by the way, I can't tell you whether we will be open the following saturdays. When I finally got them done, they left the shop and left my car sitting in the parking lot unlocked and I was unable to get back there for a half hour. They gave me no notice to be there when it was done and could've been stolen in an empty parking lot with no neighbors. Horrible horrible experience. Wish I could remember more details. Went in two weeks ago and got an estimate for my suburban. $250.00. The woman behind counter was very nice and looked into the parking lot and saw my car. I called to make an appointment fir the job to be done and went in on the scheduled day and was told it was going to be $310.00! She said she must quoted me for a car abs sorry but that is the price. Tahoes are $290 so she wasn't mistaken between tahoe and surburban. Anyway won't be returning. Make sure to get estimate in WRITING! read more

This place was perfect ! Had the warranty so I saved on retinting my window after my car got broken into. The front desk was super nice calm and easy to talk to. I had the earliest appointment so I got there a little after they opened and the lady already knew my name and made sure I was in and out super quick. The tint took about an hour along with them also rubbing out tiny bubbles and taking off the 3M sticker they left on a back window of mine the first time I got it tinted. This window tinting business actually lied to us, we took our 2012 Jetta to have all the windows tinted, the back passenger windows, the front side windows and the windshield done with a heat resistant film. They told us all of the product used was going to be 3M, the only warranty card we received was a 3M warranty card. However when the windshield produced a huge rainbow effect and was distorted, we took our car back in to have it removed (of corse they had told us that it was all money back guaranteed). We find out they lied about the windshield tinting, it was not 3M but Solar Gard and they saw nothing wrong with it. They would not refund the amount of money we spent on the windshield, they did remove it. My husband talked at length with the owner about this issue of the distortion and he would not back up any quarantees and the secretary was so terribly rude and hidious, it was unprofessional and shocking. I have called both 3M and Solar Gard, they are both looking into it. I am having an attorney look into it. For your driving safety, for your money, this business is the worst I have ever dealt with in my life. Not only did we spend $225.00 for that windshield, now the tint is removed and the money is not refunded. read more
