I called in earlier this week for a quote to have my 5 rear windows' tint replaced because the tint is bubbling. I was quoted $260, which was fine. I asked if that covered labor and everything. The answer was yes... I drove there today (about 15 miles from my home). When I walked in at opening time, the man at the counter told me it was going to be an additional $200 to have the old tint removed, adhesive cleaned, etc. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! Even if that wasn't an outrageous price to pull the old tint and use Windex (or whatever), the fact that I asked if the original quote included everything and you said it did. Then you have the gall to say that I didn't mention needing the old tint removed. Did you think I wanted the new tint placed on top of the old?? What a stupid comment to make to justify your price gouging! You guys have been in business since 1991 according to your website. Have you only had customers with brand new windows? Is that why you didn't feel it necessary to provide that cost with the price quote? Thanks for the waste of time and fuel. read more

They tinted my Honda Accord a while back They left old school razor blades dropped inside my door panel and didn't tint all the way into the seam of window. Cut corners and sloppy job. How do I know? I replaced and upgraded my sound system and had to take the panels off and bunch of dropped razor blades. They don't care because it ain't their own car read more

I wanted to get a vehicle tinted, called around and Stanislaus Tint had a opening that week while the others were 2-3 weeks out. Usually I would be wary of a company having a opening so soon when others were so busy, but they did a good job. I made the appointment, explained what I wanted, dropped it off and it was done 3 hours later. Can't really say much, just a quick easy process, and the little interaction I had with the business owner was good. Friendly business owner, straight forward easy process. The only thing I have to complain, when they tinted my back window there was a white hair on my window that they tinted over so my OCD is disturbed by it.
