They replaced the windshield on my car, with the windshield of a smaller size. The windshield is now touching the dashboard, yet they claim the dashboard had "expanded because it was sitting in the sun". This was not an issue before, and I park my car in a parking garage, which does not see any sunlight. When I called them to review their job or replace the windshield with the right size, the guy began yelling at me to "listen", then proceeded to curse me out and call me racial slurs. It's a small family run business and while they will come to you to install your windshield, I chose to go to their shop. That was a little tricky to find as it was at the back of the industrial park I went to. But I did find them and am very pleased with the job they did. One was in town and I wanted them but I think the auto response sent me a note as I could not talk to someone about an appointment . Super1AutoGlass said they could do it same day. And mind you it's 100 outside ! They came when they said they would . But when they arrived they asked me cash or credit?? The service was find , however the billing ..... Normally if a company takes insurance I pay them the deductible and they take care of the rest. So even though they say on the side of the truck .."Works with All Insurance" it's not quite true . And I have GEICO So I paided using my Credit Card, got the receipt and now have to send to my insurance to get reimbursed for my out of pocket expense beyond my deductible .
