They are very friendly and efficient. I was worried that all of that stuff wasn't going to fit in my Lexus RX 350 so we brought my other SUV which is the same size and the rep assured me one car was enough and plenty big and sure enough he got everything nice and neat in there with room to spare. They even charged me for paying with a credit card and I didn't notice until the whole transaction went through. On the same day they were picked up I wanted to exchange the chairs, which I got the cheapest ($1.25 per chair) for a better quality and white to match my decor and they wanted me to return the chairs and place a new order without giving me any credit for the ones I had already paid for. Is really their loss because I was willing to pay the difference. Plus, I have 2 other events coming up soon and I will not give these people my business.
