The reservation was simple, I called they sent me an electronic contract outlining what we had talked about on the phone. I was surprised when I received the contract no hidden fees or funny business. I just got an email asking me to provide the stops for the night, now I just got another email introducing the driver. So far to this point I am super impressed with the operation and how they do business. On January 4, 2026, We purchased the most expensive party bus rental for an event on February 20th, for $1158, with supposedly BOGO. When attempting to book an April date event, it was not available and had prematurely expired October 25-Feb 28th. WHY an expiration date so far back to OCT????? I BOOKED JAN 2026!! So I had 24 days to use the BOGO????? And 8 days from the event???? And furthermore, ON OUR EVENT DATE on February 20th, the chauffeur DID NOT ARRIVE at the scheduled pickup spot. He read our past event from last year and not the CURRENT communication. Even though my husband CONFIRMED the day prior!!! He was over 30 minutes past pickup, which had a domino effect on the "assigned time itinerary". I did not call & complain. But Tom, to not make a 30day exception and insure a satisfied customer, a repeated customer, is VERY disappointing. BUYER BEWARE! BUYER BEWARE! BUYER BEWARE!
