She rarely gets back with you in a timely manner, and will leave you panicking because she will never confirm your date with you. Now, the past few times, I've had performers show up for my events and everything was fine, but this is not a good way to do business. The most recent time I tried to use ACA, I filled out an online form, called, left a voicemail, and even texted the number on the website. Texting was the only time I got a response. She did apologize, but gave a flimsy excuse, and still did not answer my questions about availability. I gave them many of chances because the character actors have been great in the past, and she has always given me a great price since I work with a non-profit. They do lots of charity work, and make a lot of kids happy. I just can't handle the lack of communication anymore.

She had a variety of activities and told me when the cake should come out and entertained while I had to do things like slice the cake. I truly cannot say enough good things about the performer. The company/Paulette is also great. I emailed very last minute about the party and they still found a princess. We go to their events at our local Parks and Rec and the "Kid Pops" event they put on in Dublin last summer and really enjoy it all. We haven't been to the Worthington location yet, but are going to the Mother Daughter Princess Tea for Mother's Day! I'm not even a princess person myself. The rate was fair and honestly after looking around, it was one of the options that was priced well. The balloon twisters did an excellent job! The kids at the party had the best time choosing from a wide variety of options and it kept them well entertained. The twisters made some of the coolest balloons that I have never seen like wands that light up inside and a fishing pole with a fish hanging off the hook. They were very impressive designs. I wish I had more pictures, but as the host of the party got caught up in other things. I still owed the twisters the rest of the balance for the booking during the party. However, I was so caught up in the party chaos I realized later that they had left without collecting the rest of the balance. I had only needed to put a $20 deposit in advance. I sent the rest of the balance along with a tip the next morning of the party through Zelle and the company correspondent who I had been in contact with let me know that they did not want to disturb me at the party for the rest of the balance as I was busy. I thought this gesture was very sweet! I highly recommend this company for your party entertainment needs. They have other things too like face painters and other rentals. I will definitely use them again as I received punctual service and they are great at what they do!

My nephew is obsessed with Batman, and although the price initially seemed a little steep ($150 for 30 mins) it was more than worth it. We had the party at a Glow Putt place in Gahanna and asked our entertainer in advance if he would play putt putt with him, and he happily agreed. Batman arrived on time, about 10 mins before the birthday boy, and waited for his arrival. When my nephew came in and laid his eyes on Batman he was ECSTATIC. (It actually brought a tear to my eye seeing how excited he was and how real it was for him.) My nephew and Batman set out to putt putt, and Batman made him feel like he was the only kid in the building. He gave him his undivided attention as they chatted, joked around, and golfed like they were the best of friends. It melted all of our hearts seeing them having such a wonderful time together and how in tune Batman was with him. This experience was just so much more than we could have ever hoped for, and it was worth every penny. I would definitely recommend AFE- and especially who plays Batman. I utilized them for  8 large inflatable games/bounces/slides, concession machines - cotton candy, popcorn and sno-cone, 10 awesome carnival games with lots of small and medium prizes, several face painters and balloon twisters and four different cartoon characters, a magician, origami artist and the staff to operate the equipment and manage the day. My rep from A.F.E. was very nice, informative and very helpful throughout the entire process. He guided me through their well informed website, their policies and provided me with helpful hints to plan my party. They are way more than just a rental company, more like event advisors that truly cares about your over all event, just not their individual aspect. The day of my event, their staff showed up ahead of time, set up all the inflatables and equipment. Their entertainers were on time and very well groomed. Their staff was friendly and wearing company shirts with their logo, which made them very professional for our guests. The face painters were amazing, Connie and Tiffa were the best face painters I have ever seen for company parties. The balloon twisters worked quick, were friendly and very creative.  The magician - Bruce was very good and held the kids and adults attention pretty well. He had an outgoing personality and a million one liners. The cartoon characters are amazing and very interactive. Just be aware that it does take some time for them to switch costumes, so plan accordantly. Their costumes look very good and well maintained!  I must say our 300 guests had a totally AWESOME TIME and my client was very pleased with their over all service and I would defiantly recommend them to any of my clients and the readers of this review.
