    Generally speaking, mattress shopping sucks…read more Sifting through marketing jargon across what feels like an endless number of mattresses makes comparing alternatives exhausting. The cost of a mattress also increases the pressure to make the right choice. And on top of that, you're trying to solve an already hard problem while running on poor sleep -- otherwise, you probably wouldn't need a new mattress in the first place. Shane and Shannon dramatically improved that process. They started with my body type to determine which sleep positions and mattresses were most likely to work well for me, which helped narrow what I needed to focus on. They encouraged me to keep coming back over the course of three days without any pressure to make a decision. They also assured me that if I made a good choice but not a great one, they would allow me to return the mattress and support me in repeating the process until the right fit was found. It's also worth noting that, as an independent shop, they're not required to push specific products. That leads to more candid feedback and a curated product line based on what they're seeing actually work for customers. I'm grateful to have had such great partners in helping me navigate my way to a good night's sleep.

    I want to start by first saying that the mattress we received was of extremely low quality for the…read moreamount that we paid. Falling apart with the first few days of removing the mattress protector to was it. We shopped for several days and visited multiple places because we have small children (under 5) that have severe allergies to certain materials. Shane assured us over and over that the 100 day trial was completely risk free and that in no way would the children be in danger of coming in contact with the material. I have that in a text from Shane. Low and behold the children did get sick and when we called to process the return Shane did everything except respond. When he finally did respond they sent out two guys who admitted they knew absolutely nothing about mattresses but they were instructed to leave it if it looked used. Shannon stated that in order to process a return they needed to be able to sell the mattress at a discount rate. But neither of the "professionals" in this instance ever evaluated the mattress. Only took the word of two movers who openly admitted to knowing nothing about mattresses. Still no response from Shane. Shannon however was brave enough to respond and stated that Shane would call me as soon as he finished putting up shelving in the back. Must be a large custom job because we still haven't heard from him. This is a completely different Shane than the one who was working so hard to get our business. Who seemed so knowledgeable and confident in the product he sells. Seems like he cared more about making money than he did for the safety and concern for our children.
