The people here seem nice (outside of a short white lady with a brown Karen haircut, I think they said she was the manager). Staff had a button on their shirt that says no commission but followed me around constantly even after I said I didn't have any questions and just wanted to browse. The main reason for the 2-stars is the quality of the furniture purchased. The 'Echo power reclining couch' set started coming apart and the filling/foam around the calf area started falling down or deteriorating after 2 years or so. Also, you have to pay extra for a warranty for them to fix something like that (warranty is for 3 years). Also, the website needs some help as items they have in store aren't available and it's not exactly user-friendly (shipping was $109, so that was good). The people at the store/manager wouldn't help with anything related to the claim, just said something like 'you have to file the claim online, it's very easy to find on the webpage." If people come into the store to only be directed to a webpage why would they come into the store to purchase anything? Was poor customer service to me, having a way to complete the claim in store would be more helpful. The prices were not that much better for the couch to begin deteriorating within 2-3 years. Would not recommend if you like to keep items for long periods of time. read more

Miguel found that one of the cables on the nightstand had not been connected when they were initially delivered. He connected it and then verified that the lamp would work plugged into the nightstand outlet and that the USB port worked. Didn't need an exchange after all!! great job! read more

We got about 95% of our new furniture for our new house here and the quality of the furniture is definitely high level, Kolton and Jorge were the delivery drivers and they were great, they had quite a few pieces to deliver and install, and they were swift, but at the same time very cautious and respectful of our new home, will definitely go to Home Zone again and hopefully we get Kolton and Jorge again. read more

We love our leather couches! I see a few other reviews with service issues. On delivery, the sofa had a very small blemish on the inside of the right armrest. The delivery guy said it was unlikely to be repairable and reported it. Within 15 minutes, the service center called to schedule replacement. They delivered new one yesterday. Awesome! read more

The people in the store are great, very helpful and not pushy. We had a great experience with the staff in store- 5 stars. The customer service gets the 1star review. Our large sectional came dirty on delivery, the delivery service (through Home Zone) assured us the dirty cushions or the whole couch would be replaced. He took photos to document. When the customer service representative reached out to ask how satisfied we were about our delivery experience I explained what happened and was told they would only send someone out to spot clean the dirty areas. That is unacceptable to deliver a dirty sofa (using their own delivery company) with the only resolution offered was to have someone try to clean it. I would not have accepted delivery of the dirty couch had that been the offer by the delivery service. My advice would be to skip home zone all together, this has been such a frustrating experience. read more

Recliner chair metal frame broke, store will not send out a representative without first filling out a warranty form on line with pictures, person answering the phone is unable to help with instructions on how to download pictures onto form. Please be aware Home Zone Furniture is not the best in quality. I have had numerous issues with my sectional sofa couch since day 1. I regret purchasing from Home Zone and there is still no resolve. The repairman has been to my house numerous times and the same issue still persist. I called Home Zone to report the issue and they then had portions of a recliner sectional sent out and stated it was due to mechanical defects and not fitting together proper. Now, a new issue has occurred and Home Zone stated I would have to pay out of pocket for repairs. My sectional chaise foot rest is now extremely sunk in. I called and spoke with management and upper management and still no proper assistance provided. My last sofa I purchased from "another company" lasted for over a decade with no issues. Home Zone should be ashamed of themselves in misleading customers. Never again. read more

I don't even know where to begin with these guys!!! Marina, Ella, and Juan, they are beyond amazing!!!! My husband and I were running behind picking up our furniture, so I called around 645p. They said no problem, told me they would watch for us, and would pull everything out to have it ready for when we got there. They were supposed to close at 8p, and we were an hour away stuck in traffic. Marina, Ella, and Juan, all stayed and as a team, all of us inspected the furniture and got it loaded. Juan stayed late, just to help my husband lift! I have back issues, and though I was prepared to do what I needed to, juan saved the day!!! Marina and Ella offered snacks and did their part with taping and finalizing receipts. Marble falls is an hour away from us, but y'all have our business. Please do something for these guys. I like this store. We found this place by chance. Ordered our furniture online and paid for it online. Unfortunately the option to deliver was not available due to us living in San Antonio. But the process was so pleasant and the price was on the money, we didn't have any problem driving in to pick up our items. The store is organized and I love that they have accessories for sale that work with the room. I'm not much of a designer and decorating is a challenge for me. So it was nice they had all this staged and available for purchase. I will be back. But I suggest an Automatic discount applies at checkout for new customers. read more

Amazing customer service! Prices are very reasonable from my shopping several furniture stores in the Austin and surrounding areas. I went to all the big boy stores that I could think of and I felt more relaxed at Home Zone and didn't feel pressured by the sales staff even though I kept going and then shopping more and going back. I finally made my decision on some theater seating and paid on average a $700 cheaper than other seating at other store comparing. And I don't feel that quality was sacrificed in any way. I've had my seating now for about a month and I love it. They deliver too! For $99 is what it cost me to have them bring it to my second story apartment and set it up! Buyer Beware! Just know going in that once a piece of furniture crosses the threshold of their store it is 100% yours no matter what! I purchased two leather recliners from them and picked them up on a dark rainy day in my inclosed trailer. I could not inspect every inch of the two chairs in there dark warehouse and really didn't think I needed to however I was wrong. Lessons learned. Looking back I should have brought a flashlight and a magnifying glass with me to thoroughly inspect them. I had these chairs in my possession for less than one hour before the wife and I got them home and realized in the light that one of them had what looked to be a cut in the leather. I notified it almost immediately. The only response that I received was "sorry". They basically informed me that they would do nothing about it and it was my problem. Wow! One thing for sure is that I will never set foot in their store again. Do yourself a favor and avoid a situation like this and shop elsewhere however if you do purchase from them check each inch of every item carefully before leaving the store. I hope this helps someone avoid a frustrating situation like I had. read more

The delivery man was great because he thought he could not get the couch into my small apartment and he was right it would not fit through the door.
