BUYER BEWARE! I had to call credit card company. I placed an order and they claim it shipped but the tracking number they gave is fake it has shown ZERO movement in 10 days. I called their phone number and they REFUSED to help me. Told me they shipped it and it was "out of their hands" DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY DON'T GET RIPPED OFF LIKE I WAS. read more

I love this store! It is a small family business with great customer service. They have a great selection of scrapbooking supplies but also have art supplies, yarn, and much more. I have ordered from A Cherry on Top numerous times and have always been more than satisfied. I have never needed to call for customer service but I called them recently because I wanted to come visit their store (I'm 75 miles away and in need of a road trip) and had a few questions. The phone was answered right away and the man answering the phone was polite, helpful, and friendly. I also emailed them to get some photos of their shop and got a quick and friendly reply (with photos!). I love their prices and quick shipping. read more

Out of all the online scrapbook sites I frequent, I do believe I like A Cherry On Top the best. They usually have everything I am looking for in stock, if they don't they have a nice little notify option. The search function is a little more helpful than other sites I have been to. Their selection of products also seems a bit broader. I also like their website design, it's aesthetically pleasing and easy to navigate. Up to this point in time my orders are always filled in a timely manner and I haven't had any mishaps. My one complaint is that they don't let you choose your shipping carrier. They use FedEx and I would prefer they did not. I have had bad experiences with them in the past and would rather not give them my business. read more

I've had nothing but good service from A Cherry on top!! I order yarn and crochet books from them online and pick it up at their warehouse. Their prices are good though I wish they carried more brands like Premier, and Lion Brand but I tend to look on their site before buying from bigger retails. I love free shipping if I pick it up in Saginaw!! The have a convenient location. They are wearing masks in their show room and I feel pretty safe picking my yarn up!! I will never order from them again. I place an order more then 20 days later items still had not arrived. Call and talk to someone in customer service requesting a refund. Never heard anything. Sent email requesting refund (for paper trail). Received notification no refund because package was shipped. Contacted PayPal and filed complaint that shipment never received. Cheery on top put a tracer on package and received 3 days later. My deadlines for project had past and used different products and cheery on top still won't refund me. I would have to pay return shipping and cost as much as product I bought, so I'm stuck. My suggestion is to stay away from this company. They will screw you anyway possible. I am not one to harp on companies but my experience with A Cherry On Top Scrapbooking was horrendous. I ordered a large shipment from them and it included pre-ordered items. I knew the guidelines for the pre-ordered items, that my shipment wouldn't ship until they were received. I purchased in January (nearly $1500), a month later I was still waiting. I contacted support and they shipped out all but the "backordered-Pre-order" items. Another month goes by and I have to contact support AGAIN, asking for an update. They said there was a delay in release, and they should receive the order in a couple of weeks. Three weeks go by (no email, no phone call) and they still haven't shipped. At this point the items aren't even listed as"preorder"or "backed on their website. They even say "only 3 left". So I email them AGAIN, no apologies they just say the order will ship now. The tracking details say I wont even receive the item for 10 days. I sent the below email to them yesterday: "Iam baffled by the fact that and order say unshipped for nearly 3 months and no one ever reached out. And I received no apologies for the delay. I understand that I purchased back ordered items, but I shouldn't have to reach out because they are late. I should have been notified. I have to say I probably won't be purchasing from your store again. " Even after that email I have received NO apologies, coupons, nothing. I have spent nearly $4500 in total with A Cherry(and I am posting the order amounts to show they have no respect for people spending their hard earned money). I will never purchase from them again. I now frequent Scrapbooking.com for all my gallery inspiration, forums, and ordering. Never again will I shop with you guys. I hope this post at least sparks you to apologies for the lack of communication on orders. My suggestion would be to implement a process that flags orders when they have sat in queue for more than a month. In my instance it has been almost 3.5 months and I still don't have my whole order. My first time ordering and I received my order within 2 days, but expected it to arrive 7 business days because that is what shipping option I paid for, amazed at the speed of the shipping. I'm very happy with my purchase and they handled the order perfectly. read more
