I did not have an issue with delivery. I received my package (Stage 1) within 2-3 weeks of ordering. I can't comment on speaking with cs as I had no reason to contact them. Preparing the tea and protein drink were easy. They lasted in the fridge all 5 days and the protein drink did not separate.I prepared on a Friday night since the tea had to steep 2-4 hours. I hated the taste of the tea; keep in mind I like SWEET tea. The protein drink was bearable but I added banana to mine. Everything was ready-to-go for me to start my cleanse on Saturday morning and get me through the next 5 days. It was no different than meal prepping for a work week. I also bought my fruit and juices on Friday: watermelon, cantaloupe, strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, 3 types of 100% juice. I spent $20; I already had bottled water at home. Saturday/Sunday- Getting though the day was easier than expected. I was afraid when the tea finally did its thing I'd be running to the bathroom and there would be an explosion. Nope. It wasn't like that at all. It was smooth sailing. However, I was quite gassy. If you think it's just gas, still go to the bathroom just in case it's not. You don't want to shart. And be prepared to pee a lot. Monday- This was my hardest day. It's hump day on the cleanse and the start of a work week. I was ok until lunch time when a coworker was eating chicken tenders with honey mustard sauce at her desk. I was tempted to take a bite when she wasn't looking but I behaved. Oh, and make sure your job is ok with you taking multiple bathroom breaks. I attempted to walk the treadmill after work but only lasted 30 minutes due to the gas. When I got home, I did not want fruit and was still thinking about those chicken tenders. I caved in and had chicken and rice soup. Tuesday- I really had to give myself pep talks. But I was even more tired of fruit all day every day. I was looking forward to some veggies and cashews once this cleanse was over. And I don't think my system had anymore to empty. I wasn't going to the bathroom as much and the gas was subsiding. Wednesday- The final countdown. I got through my work day and went straight to the grocery store to buy my veggies! The first item I put in my cart was a package of grapes. Smh. I guess I wasn't so tired of fruit. But I was much more conscious of what I bought and focused on buying healthy items. Overall: I lost 6 lbs. I would recommend this company/product. It's a good way to cleanse your system and get a jump on heathier eating. I did learn that I like 100% juice and will drink that instead of the concentrated stuff. I'm looking forward to eating the veggies I bought, and the grapes too. read more

I can't rate this company...pure and simple, they SUCK!!! DO NOT buy the Groupon for their juice detox or any other products of the company. Go to a GNC and buy a detox. Reason being is because i bought my groupon in March and still have yet to receive the product. I used my coupon March 23rd and got the confirmation email that it would be sent within 14 days from the date of purchase. $65.00 later and still no product and it is April 23rd already. We leave and move in 2 weeks and I have since sent quite a few emails asking for the status and even called Groupon. I don't usually write reviews, but I've had nothing but a pleasant experience with A Choice for Life. In the past I tried to 'cleanse' with store-bought detox teas and fruit smoothies, but there comes a time when you need a professional. After hearing the commercial on the radio for the umpteenth time, I finally decided to give the whole colonic and detox thing a try. Plus, I still needed to get rid of all of the sludge in my body from the holidays. The person that answered the phone was very patient and knowledgeable and explained the colonic and detox process. The first thing that I noticed when I arrived was the cleanliness of the office. The colonic technician made me feel extremely comfortable and the room felt like a spa with the dim lighting and fragrant scent. She used new and disposable products and explained what was happening along the way. You'll definitely want to make sure that you use the restroom afterward! Another great experience with A Choice for Life. I just completed the brand new veggie based level 2 Detox, and just like the previous Level 1 Detox I used this one was great. I have done a total of 4 detox's usually once about every six months. Like anything els it takes some real consistency and discipline. I usually loose 12-15 pounds but for me the goal is not at all weight loss. It's one of the better ways that I have found to basically reset my metabolism. And push out the b.s. in my system. Looks like it is time once again. I had been feeling sluggish and I figured the only way to get my body aligned and in order was to detoxify. I am so glad that I did this. I think that anyone really knows or appreciates how beneficial it is to cleanse your system "properly" and efficiently. I know that I didn't. I did the five day detox . First day was rough, but I think that was due to how toxic my system was, but the remainder of it was a breeze. I lost about 10 lbs and felt great. I finished it up with a follow up visit a got a colonic. I feel like a new man. More energy, more stamina, more flexibility believe it or not ( I lost some inches around my waist) . I have used A choice for life's products and services several times. They are always courteous, informative, and they work. Every review I have seen on this site is by people that know nothing about detoxing. When you detox you may have headaches and other symptoms occur because your body is ridding itself of unwanted toxins. The site was a bit antiquated but clean. I did the 5 day detox per the instructions and that was nice and gentle. The day of the colonic, my therapist was great. She was patient. She explained the process and she really payed attention to how I was feeling. However, when the procedure was over, there was no explanation as to what to expect next. Just a sheet of paper that evaluated my colon. The gentleman at the front desk answer a few of my probing questions but not in much detail. Also, he was not very helpful when I inquired about the some supplements. He just said they were on the shelf, but didnt offer any real assistance. So this review is for the company. Seeing as I still haven't received my order, I cannot attest to its efficacy but I will say this is a very unprofessional company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! I placed my order on 3/20. About a week later I emailed them to find out when my product would be shipped. I was told that it would be shipped out within the week and that I should expect some tracking information. I waited 2 weeks and did not hear from them. I emailed again and received no response. I emailed them again earlier this week and even tried calling the office. When I called there was no voicemail greeting, so I wasn't even sure if I was calling the right office. This didn't seem to matter since the voicemail was full anyways. I was beginning to think the company had gone out of business with the lack of response. Luckily the next day I received tracking information. It is now 3 days later and the tracking number does not exist. I purchased the HGH with a groupon. I looked everywhere for feedback and more info on this product. It is disappointing that with 80.000 customers worldwide there is nothing. The labeling is very vague, no exact details on the ingredients which makes me a little weary. Other HGH products on the market list the amount of each ingredient. I am experiencing some side effects ( breast tenderness). The bottle and the pills smell awful ( bleach, urine). If I could I would ask for my money back but the product is opened. I purchased this detox pack through Groupon sometime beginning this year. I loved it. However, I do not understand all these negative reviews. This is a detox plan, I didn't feel sick like some reviewers but I did feel those symptoms associated with any cleanse. It is also expected to have lower energy because you are consuming less than what you are used to. However, I read up on what to expect during a cleanse and alot of these reviews sound normal. Of course, not the review where there was severe stomach pain, maybe she should have seen a doctor. It usually takes a couple of days for your body to start adjusting to this toxin rid. I also did lose 3 lbs. that round but that wasn't my goal. It is a good idea to have had the portions of tea and protein shake broken up per serving, however, it wasn't a big deal to me, unless of course, you boil the tea all the way until it's gone. SMH I will start a new round this week. But my expectations are only to cleanse my self in order to start clean eating habits since I've derailed from clean eating. I purchased thru Groupon and I picked it up to save on the hassle of shipping and waiting weeks for it. When I picked mine up he was already mixed for me the herbal tea and protein shake. I lost 8 lbs and I feel great. I was skeptical doing at first because I have such a hard time losing weight and always feeling tired. I feel 10x better and energized. I weighed in a 223.40 and the end of the week 215.40. I did my cleanse at work with frequent bathroom trips. I did first day at home and it was hard to go anywhere because of the unexpected bathroom trips. I have read the website's reviews and I agree that the product works. Being a groupon deal I expected the shipping would take a month to ship. These reviews on the website is rated poorly for shipping but nothing about the product itself. This product I picked the fruits I wanted to eat and drinking 5 juices with one of them being prune juice was not my favorite but I stuck with it. i order the pick up fom groupon. i called and ask if they had any ready and they reported they did have the items ready for pick up. the staff appeared to be very nice and informative about the products. the staff advised me how to take the items and they did incourage me to make smoothies with the fruit, juice and ice, It was great for me i love this groupon find. I purchased this Groupon back in beginning of January, it finally arrived last week. I will say that when I did put in my Groupon number a choice for life told me it would ship out within 8-14 days or something like that. Two weeks later I received an email saying it was now shipped and about a week and a half after that I received the product. I should have done my research before buying because I do regret buying this product. Looking on yelp some of the company responses seem a bit snarky and they seem to have an excuse for everybodys issue. You are a small business starting up, learn to bite youre tongue as following "the customers always right" motto will get you a long way. Anyways, I made my tea and followed the directions to a T. it tasted horrible, but the protein drink was ok- I mixed mine with a banana. Day two around noon I started getting sever stomach pains. I was wondering if it was due to the detox, so I stopped drinking it and day 3 I feel fine. It would be nice if they put some sort of warning on the package as I would not have wasted $70 on week 1 and 2 cleanse that I no can not drink.
