Bozena has HANDS DOWN the best pedicure of any place I have ever been to. Mind you, I have spent up to $100 at other places (Bozena only charges $52 for a pedicure) and have not received the same quality - this includes the Kohler Water Spa about a mile away. They have one of the cleanests facilities of any spa I have been to, which is very important to me because I am a type one diabetic and must be super extra careful with my feet. I have also had several issues with ingrown toe nails (just something I was born with). In addition, I have to wear heels for work which has messed with my toe nails also. Bozena is the only place I trust the ladies to not mess up my nails even further and my feet usually feel A LOT better after I leave. They also do go waxes and manicures! If you are getting a pedicure or manicure, ask for Ella. She does the BEST job. Kasia is also wonderful with nails. If you are getting a wax, ask for Sandy. All of the nail technicians and estheticians are professional and friendly. If I could give Bozena an extra star I would!

Every time the door to the hot tub area or locker room closed, it made a double thump that you could clearly hear while lying in the massage chairs. Because it was so busy, this seemed to happen about every 15 seconds, making it nearly impossible to relax. Two of the massage chairs also seemed to be barely working. The hot tub was only warm rather than hot, and there appeared to be sand or dirt on the bottom. Between the temperature and the gritty feeling, I didn't want to stay in it. Unfortunately, my service wasn't much better. My technician seemed extremely inexperienced, almost as though she had just completed training. When I checked out, the front desk didn't ask how my experience was or whether I enjoyed my service, but they did make sure to automatically add a 22% gratuity. Overall, the experience felt crowded, noisy, poorly maintained, and nowhere near the relaxing spa experience I was expecting. For a spa at this price point and with the Kohler name, I expected considerably better.
