The surgery center was 3 miles away. He was on time, courteous & helpful. He assisted with transferring her onto the gurney, buckled her in & safely secured her in the van. I called the driver when she was done & he came immediately. I only gave 4 stars because the stretcher brakes were worn out & non functioning. Overall our experience was positive.
