Super impressed with how easy this process was! For about $100, we rented forty folding chairs and got them picked up by the company. All I had to do was call and tell them what I need. You pay a percentage up front, then pay the rest about a day before your pick-up/delivery. They recently moved locations and are on Zionsville Road now. There are signs for the pick-up door, and you just pull your car up front and someone will come load it for you. Super easy and quick. We reached out to reserve and order a substantial amount of pipe and drape as well as tables for a corporate event. (Monday and Tuesday event, not weekend) They sent us the quote let us know everything was good and they would be able to provide the services and products needed. The week of the event, we reached out to make payment, and they informed us that they no longer could accommodate our event and needs, apparently the Monday and Tuesday events got really hectic. No prior communication, just straight out sorry we can't help you. We overbooked ourselves. Would not recommend this company as we are now scrambling to cover our event needs. read more

Clayton was extremely prompt and wonderful when process began and even up to delivery was very helpful and flexible. I reached out the day after our wedding to inform the team they shorted us 17 chairs and that I wanted the statement reflected for how many chairs we actually received, and got no response. I then received a bill a week later saying we didnt return all the chairs. We promptly located the chairs and returned their email, however when I mentioned adjusting our bill, no response again. My husband then returned the chairs in person a few days later and no one was there to talk about the issue with him. Although distant from my front door, I like the location and lay out of this business. It's a huge party rental compound tucked behind Kroger, next to the Monon, on the south side of 86th street. I like the pick up drive through with big burly men to load in goods. I like the drop off drive through with big burly men to load out goods. I like the office. I like the follow up process. I like the website and easy search for possible good rentals. I like that I found them on Yelp & Twitter. I like their professionalism, and how resourceful they are. Prices were a little steep. At least for a popcorn maker (because yes, I know that's exactly what you're going to rent, too). A giant warehouse of tables and chairs for weddings and large events. I've worked with A Classic on several parties now and have to say, despite not liking the prices of table, chair, etc. rentals (their prices are pretty standard), I do appreciate the professionalism and organization of this business. I love knowing that I can pull up to the bay and fill/unload my car within 5-10 minutes and be on the road again. *Expect to pay $1+ per chair rental - they offer around 9 varieties. You'll also find everything from table decor to tablecloths and everything in between. read more

I would not recommend this company to anyone. We rented plates and glasses. The problem was when we went to return the items. They claimed we did not return everything. My wife had the paperwork on the returns but that was not good enough. She finally faxed the pink slip to them and made several phone calls before they finally said everything was OK. I had a great experience with this company until it was time to take the chairs back and they are claiming that there were 2 missing. They then proceeded to tell me that the cost would be $80.00 for the chairs which is about 2/3 of what the cost is to begin with! When I questioned their business practices with the Manager Mary, she informed me that they did not count out the chairs before or after they were brought back and that it was our responsibility, but no one ever informed us of this. So when I suggested we split the cost because there was obvious human error from which side we could not be sure, she informed me that she would not work with me and then she hung up on me!!!! I just wonder when customer service went out the window and why they would want to leave a bad taste in a bride's mouth after her wedding day, which is already filled with enough stress? Thanks best rentals for being the worst at customer service and basically stealing from your customers instead. Well done. read more
