I visited this place for the first time to by some party supplies. They have been around for a long time! Hidden treasure. The location is in a bad area, however the parking lot is safe and there are staff members around the area as well. Found great and unique items for an excellent price. The cashier double checked my order for price and correct items, then printed off an itemized receipt. He then loaded my large order up into sturdy boxes AND took it out to my van and loaded it into the van. Their customer service is excellent! They are professional, friendly, polite and respectful. The prices are very reasonable, and they have a wide variety of colors for items. The also carry janitorial supplies in case you make a big mess at your party. ;) The thing I like the most about C&C is the staff. Each person is friendly, helpful and oddly very funny. No, like you will laugh at least once each visit. Today the guy helping me was doing impersonations while he was ringing up my order. In a totally unassuming building and neighborhood, Cash and Carry Paper has party supplies, restaurant and dining supplies, and just about any kind of roll of paper you can think of. The staff is really funny, even when you run in at 4:59 (they are open from 7am-5pm) with a need for 2000 feet of 30 inch butcher paper. They have it, and will help you carry it to your car. Hence the & Carry part of their name, I guess. And contrary to their name, they do in fact take checks and credit cards. They have cups and lids and placemats and napkins and all the accoutrement one could need for any sort of picnic or soirre or get-together or cocktail party or shindig or social event where paper or plastic products are useful. You don't even have to ASK for help, they greet you as you enter and will lead you around the store so you don't have to hunt for the items you need! It's right off the interstate and really close to downtown so it's very convenient to get to. They sell all sorts of disposable items and party supplies. You can find every color of cup, plate, tablecloth, fancy looking stuff, pretty straws of ALL sizes, and decor for your themed parties too. Fancy having a luau for the 500? Look no further. Prices and selection EASILY beat the competition (I'm thinking specifically of GFS, Sam's, Walmart, Target, Party Store). The stuff I've bought has been for kiddo science experiment use rather than food use, and they've offered creative suggestions to my queries. "What do you think would work best if I want to drill constellations into it for kids to peek at?" I can't say enough good things about Cash-n-Carry Paper! Like, literally, I could go on for hours! These have to be the friendliest group of guys to ever run a company. They're pleasant, hilarious, knowledgeable and they make you feel attended to rather than pushed. It's always nice to be able to peruse around a store and not be hounded, yet also be asked if assistance is needed. They never seem impatient or frustrated even if you ask for a dozen different things at a dozen different times. I've seen them walk people around the store getting every item that customer needed and they did it with a smile. My hubs and I cater for a living so once we found this place, we made it our goal to shop there as often as possible. Their prices are better and their selection is more vast than some of their paper supplying counterparts.
