Employees are incredibly friendly and warm every single time. These are good-hearted community members working here, they take their time with each guest and make each experience feel personal. They are kind folk who seem to truly value their repeat customers. I always struggle, figuring out what I like so I always get intimidated initially walking into dispensaries. Firstly, this place was like the Apple Store of dispensaries. For those who are smokers and are into different kinds of bud, they had a whole bud bar where you can explore what's there, including a sniff test. For edible lovers like me, there has solid options, and Bridgette was SO KIND in explaining everything to me! I get overwhelmed because I don't know many brands and what would be worth trying, but she was legit the kindest person ever. And not just her, I don't think I've ever been to a dispensary, where people have been just so sweet all around. If I lived in the neighborhood, this would be my go-to spot no question. While I waited, one of the owners who looks scruffy, commented to the grower how all they have to do is print out FAKE LABELS and how the kids will buy anything with a FAKE LABEL. Isn't this supposed to be FOR ADULTS???? Whenever I go to walk my service dog at the local parks, there are GRAFFITI ADS for this "bus" ruining the local parks - as the owners are spray painting it illegally in the parking lots of the local parks. I was refused service after they saw how disabled I was - WHICH IS ILLEGAL! They started acting like I was a cop about the bust them; when clearly I'm disabled.
