This place is THE BOMB! I've been coming here on and off for a few years now and the place is absolutely always amazing. The regulars here treat you like you're practically family. Everyone is welcoming, friendly and just truly great people. If you ever thought for a moment that humanity has lost it's humanity then step into this place and grab a handshake or a hug even if you don't smoke cigars because the men and women that frequent this business are truly angels on earth, so freaking nice! Carlito has since upgraded the walk in humidor to a mega size that has to be three times the size he originally started with so the selection of smokes available has literally tripled. If you like to experiment to find that new great smoke, let's just say the variety is so vast that if you smoke one cigar per day at this place it would probably take you almost a year to get thru all the options. Seating is plentiful but I don't think more than say 25 people can sit in this place but heck it's so welcoming that if I had to stand I'd be cool standing and shooting the shit with the fellas. The humidor is packed with a cigar for every taste and every budget. If you are a old time smoker or just want a few sticks this is the place to go. There are private and public rooms. All have big screen TV's and the cast of characters are priceless. If you want to watch a sporting event while smoking your favorite stogie, this is your place. The staff and patrons at Carlito's Cigars were so welcoming and friendly. They have a huge selection of cigars, big comfy and cozy chairs and big screen T.V's. The staff was very attentive and offered us the use of their ice machine and glasses for our drinks. They even allowed us to keep our drinks cold in the freezer until we were ready for them. The lounge was full of regulars both men and women, of whom all adored the place. I felt like I was in my living room talking with friends. A great place to sit and smoke. The staff is very welcoming and even though I was obviously the outsider when I walked in, it took about three minutes for the lot of them to take me in and treat me like a regular. I know in some places that might be a negative, LOL. From the door I could see the walk in humidor and was prepared to be disappointed. Boy was I surprised. It was small but there were all of the brands I love and many that I wanted to try. The only thing that would improve this place is more space. read more

This is my sanctuary. I discovered Carlito's about 6 months ago and have made this my 2nd home. This is what you would imagine if you could fantasize about a place to chill and hang out and smoke a cigar. Tv's, good company, fellowship, and one of the most attentive shop owners who makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. I went in blind and I left happy. I can't remember the guy who helped me but he sold me a great cigar cutter. I left with a few cigars that I've seen priced much more at other places. The walk in humidor was stocked and had a lot to choose from. There's places to sit down and enjoy a cigar but I couldn't stay. Definitely coming back next time I'm in town. read more

Carlitos is a family owned really nice place to relax and enjoy a cigar. The owner really cares about his establishment and it shows. The ambiance is nice, at least it was when I came in at mid afternoon. In the evenings there are back rooms where guys watch sports. The cigars were priced at full retail but I'm not expecting anything less from a b&m that needs to survive in the face of online behemoths.
