Not his fault because it appeared this woman was too busy yapping it up with some older man who was at the bar and the younger woman was just there. Harrison was doing the doordash orders, and everything else. I asked if someone was going to come up soon and this woman with reddish hair with attitude said "umm, yeah". 2nd mistake she made. I went back upstairs and our waiter came back up about 10 minutes later. He took our orders and was left to manage us alone. Overall I think he did the best he could, but there is absolutely NO REASON AT ALL it should have taken 2-1/2 hours for us to order/eat. We didn't order anything complicated, but it seems like everyone downstairs was being tended to while we were just left upstairs in the heat.
