All I can do is review my haircut and she did an excellent job with care. Also was able to snag a same day appointment. My guess is this isn't the norm. It's not a cheap cut, so just prepare for that and you can book appointments on their website. I know it can be hard to get a good fade in town and I can't speak to others cutting here, but I'd definitely check it out if you're looking.
