The bottom edge of one backsplash was cut crooked, and the caulking was messy--uneven, poorly applied, and visually distracting. I've already removed and redone the caulk on the makeup counter. I contacted the company about the issue, and they did come out to inspect it. They acknowledged the problem and said they would follow up. That was over two months ago. Since then, I've reached out multiple times--by phone and email--and have received no response. No update, no repair, no accountability. For a project that should have added value and beauty to my home, I'm left with a flawed installation and zero customer service. I expected better craftsmanship and professionalism. At this point, I wouldn't recommend this company to others.

He called when he got to our tenant's place and called again when he left so I know generally when they were in and out. A voice mail would actually be appreciated since I normally don't pick up numbers I don't know (but now I have his number saved for future references!) Our tenant's bathroom fan was not working, most of the face plates were either broken or popped out, and one of the smoke alarm was not working anymore. We originally bought some supplies for him so that he can use them but because we got the wrong supplies, he willingly went and bought the supplies to fix all of the above. Of course, we were charged accordingly. Kyle followed through to see if we needed another electrical aspect fixed (but we refused for the time being). Eventually, my husband and I got a chance to check out his (and his apprentice's) work and it looked very good. I'm surprised they don't have more reviews, but Kyle does good work and I definitely recommend him. They are in Neenah but serviced the Menasha area too. He said he would send me the information but never did. I emailed and called him 6 - 8 times over the next 6 weeks but never heard anything from him. Now I'm working with Atlas Roofing Company directly. Hope they will provide a warranty. I would have given a 4 star rating if he helped get me the warranty info. Moral of the story - don't pay the bill until he provides the warranty information.
