I had another issue at home but this time it was my Hot water heater. it had started to leak this was on Tuesday night so I called Tureks to set up an appointment as soon as I could. I spoke to the answering service she took the notes and had a technician call me with in 15 minutes. he explained what could be done to avoid any further problems so I followed his instructions over the phone. I felt more at ease, he then explained that by the following morning some one would call and set up a technician to come and install a new Hot water heater, Great!! couple days prior I had Josh Bauer come by to install two new faucets in my bathrooms, and now for the water heater I had Erik Noonan come to replace the heater. He came by the next day installed it my wife was here I was at work it sure didn't take much time at all and he had finished the install. It sure is great to have a feeling that if something go wrong Tureks is here to help. again between Josh & Erik, Tureks has two very great technicians that know a lot and make hard jobs look very simple. Now I'm looking for other things that they might handle for me, I have that much confidence in Tureks. I generally call Turek's when I need plumbing work done. In my home they have replaced all the old iron pipes in my basement, installed toilets and sinks, replaced my water heater, and come out to investigate what turned out to be nothing. Each time they were friendly, professional, answered all of my questions (and I love to know the details so I tend to ask a lot about things that probably don't have to know but I'm a curious person), and were extremely timely. Are there cheaper plumbers? Possibly, but that doesn't matter to me. I think the prices they quote for the work I request are fair (and the re-piping my basement was so much cheaper than I thought). Generally when I have work done I have a price range set in my mind that seems reasonable, and their prices are always in that range. I like that they have a point person that takes calls. I like that they are a larger company (they could be small I have no idea actually). Coming from living in the Northwoods area and not having reliable contractors around has made me grateful to have a business like Turek's around. I'll absolutely be calling them when I have my plumbing replaced to my upper floors. Their work is great and the employees are always pleasant to deal with. Called Tureks (Katie) on a Monday morning to set up an appointment to replace our garbage disposal. Normally, I would've changed it out myself but I knew this one had the potential to be a "challenge". It was originally set up for Thursday. Katie called early Monday afternoon and said that due to a schedule change, they could do it that afternoon. Imagine that; getting it done before the scheduled date! Jeff showed up, checked the disposer/plumbing, and gave me an estimate both with a customer supplied disposal (I had picked one up earlier) and with one Tureks would supply. After discussing the pros of both, we went with the one Jeff suggested (more robustly built; not a cheaper version built specifically for big box stores, better warranty, etc). It also came with a 7 year parts/labor warranty. Any issues; Tureks takes care of it no charge. Sold! He also replumbed the line for a smoother run into the drain. Jeff was very professional and friendly. Before coming into the house, he put on boot coverings to keep from tracking dirt into the house. All in all, very happy with the job Jeff did. 4/24/17: Had to get a new diswasher this week, which I did from Lowes (incidentally I saved $250.00 on a $600.00 machine---WOW). I called Tureks Plumbing who I have used in the past and requested Chris Laabs, their best professional, to install it. The machine was delivered on Sunday and Chris came in the next day bright and early to install it. Chris arrived with a smile on his face, checked out the situation and went to work. Chris was extremely proficient in the installation and made sure I had the right attachment, hoses and such for a great job. I recommend Tureks and Chris and I am a loyal customer and will use them for ALL my plumbing needs. Thank you Chris and Tureks for a GREEEEEEAT JOB!!!!!!!. The price for the installation was more than fair, less than Lowes cost for installation, and was able to use a coupon to save and additional $25.00 on the job. read more

I had a sewer line problem and got a few quotes from other plumbers who quoted me to line the pipe with an epoxy coating. I also asked Turek's to come take a look and provide an estimate. Kyle from Turek's came out and assessed the line and determined that the amount of damage prevented the pipe from being lined. He then gave me a recommendation for a construction company to burst the pipe out. I appreciated his honesty that the amount of damage prevented me from utilizing their services and for the outstanding referral that ultimately lead to the resolution of my problem. A few weeks later, my sump pump and water heater went out and I only went to Turek's due to the experience I had with my previous plumbing issue. Kyle & Josh came out as scheduled, diagnosed my problem, and fixed the problem for a fair & reasonable price. Highly recommend these guys! read more

Excellent service from Kyle and Josh. Completely professional and courteous. They came in and assessed the problem with my kitchen sink bowing in the middle and coming apart from the quartz countertop. They discussed with me prior to fixing the problem how they intended to do it and what the cost would be to me. They dismantled the sink and reinstalled it with proper support in the middle as well as the four corners and redid the plumbing underneath to have it much neater and efficient. They were extremely efficient and neat in their work. I have used Turek's on the last 3 occasions that I needed a plumber and have been extremely satisfied with their work. Their prices are on par with the rest of the plumbers but their quality of service is what keeps me coming back. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs. read more

Tureks plumbers did a fantastic job plumbing in water line, a drain pipe, and venting for the dryer. There were no previous hookups in our condo, so they worked from scratch and did a great job at a very fair price, and answered whatever questions my wife asked. Josh installed a walk-in shower for me. He was very neat and conscientious of our new flooring, taking extra precautions to keep it protected. He was very polite and easy to work with.
