It was a terrible install they took the gloss out of an area when trying to remove a seam chip. We came to BAGM with the intent of replacing the damaged counter. When the BAGM person came out to measure the counter he said we didn't need to replace the counter they could repair the area good as new (something Surface Creations said there was no way to repair, so get over it). Low and behold in less than one hour BAGM's Service Rep repaired the defect, good as new! We cannot say enough good things about BAGM. We wanted to use BAGM right from the start but they didn't do backsplashes, and contractors were hard to find so we went with a store that could do it all. Lucky for us the backsplash person did a great job. We highly recommend you consider Bay Area Granite and Marble for your stone countertops. They are good people and very well qualified.

My wife still drives there for their granite cleaner because she likes the personal service they provide. She like the cleaner too.

Had to reconfigure (on our own-because the salesman wouldn't return my call or email during the installation) due to their mistakes. Sad to say, there isn't much competition for this industry up here and it definitely shows. Thanks to MY quick solutions, our kitchen is still going to look fabulous; but absolutely no thanks to them. Go somewhere else if at all possible. Otherwise; make 100% clear your expectations as they will change the layout on you probably to save themselves money.

Would I buy from them again? I don't know. They were very nice to work with when I ordered my cabinets. The customer service after the sale was not so good with my salesman. Thank you to the gentleman who finally contacted me to explain. Problems are always easy to come up with a solution. Communication is key.

Buyer beware. We hired them to install cabinets in our kitchen.  First off they say they do designs. That should have been our first sign. We had to come up with our own design. Their salesman used our same layout that we had. Which we said we didn't want. Then when the cabinets were delivered. They came with nicks and scratches everywhere. They installed them that way as well. We took photos and marked every area with blue tape. Owner Dan came out told us basically that no cabinet is perfect. He put caulking in between all the spaces that were uneven. And told us that the nicks and scratches were our fault....why would we damage our own cabinets. They also suggested screwing more screws into the side of our cabinets to close the gap. We had to call the manufacturer, they came out and fixed all the issues. The manufacturer told us that would have been the worst thing to do to the cabinets. It's sad when people run companies and no nothing about good workmanship. While owner Dan was at our house. He was verbal rude to my wife's when she told him we were unhappy with the work. We have over 35 pictures of there poor workmanship and not to mention the owner having no business skills. Go somewhere else. Save your money and the headache of working with this company. You'll thank me.
