I only met Greg once years ago, but after speaking with him on the phone and having such great service, I feel as if I know him. Business IS personal. Greg brings new meaning to that word.

They also told me I could return the new cartridge I bought from them if their suggestion worked. It did! Perfectly, but I am keeping the new cartridge as a spare.
