This location is very clean and well organized. As soon as customers walk in they are. greeted with a "Welcome". Nicole was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. The customer in front of me had a more involved shipment and Nicole thanked me for being patient. There was a "Now Hiring" sign so they may currently be short staffed but make up for it in customer service! I would definitely recommend this location and will use for future services! read more

If I could give this place - stars I would. Marlene has to be the worst night shift employee that I have ever encountered. I couple months ago, my friend and I entered this location to print pictures. She refused service, she told us she can not do the job because she has orders backed up. She told us "find a somewhere else" Not offer "let me call my sister location" NOTHING .. A blatant screw you im tired from the time we walked in. I MYSELF, am a PREVIOUS worker of FedEx Office. And I am well aware of the statue of this company. I worked across the country. No where near Connecticut. This business environment is unkept. NO business cards to send emails out . NO " we listen coupons out" NO NAME TAG ON EMPLOYEE..... She told me this evening management checked cameras for this night as if someone threatened her. The fact of the matter is Marlene DENIED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IS CONFUSED WHY A CUSTOMER WOULD EVER BE UPSET ????? nothing happened that was a threat to her. She gave poor customer service then and she gave it tonight. Tonight I simply asked for a print of my resume. Marlene has this thing where she will detail all the things going on in her life for why she CANT HELP. The purple promise states, EVERY customer experience is to be exceptional. Tonight I said I can with pure intent to print, give my business and leave, she told me "tuh $3?" As if it any amount of money is to be turned down from FedEx office. Like "tuh we don't need your money" "Tuh you're not hurting me" I entered this evening prior to closing.. PRIOR TOO CLOSING. I said "can I just send an email?" Every 2mins she's telling me that they are closing opposed to helping me get in and out as fast as possible... I stood there waiting for Marlene to walk around, do her orders, I told her I'm in here and I just need to print it wasn't a laminate, it was not mounting, it was not 3x5 poster. It was ........ my ...... resume ......... and 2 PDF files in my email.............. no "What brings you in today?" No "Tell me about your project." No " Are you aware?" No "I recommend." ZERO points this evening if you were to be audited. The service was terrible. After arguing with her, spending countless minutes ASKING FOR PERMISSION TO USE A PUBLIC COMPUTER and her taking my information without permission (which I will be filing a lawsuit about) She finally said okay go on the computer. Back to her taking my information.. I went to print my resume and I noticed she went to grab a note pad and I told her to not write my information down. If this company checks there cameras they would see that she literally started taking my information from upside down. Then I walked away and she went to my resume to write more information down with my consent. LAWSUIT. I NEED THE FOOTAGE FROM THIS EVENING AND I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL I GET IT, MY LAWSUIT OR MARLENE FIRED !!!!!!!!!!!! She does not deserve to work there. There has to be something done about this Marlene employee at this branch. If I'm lying I shouldn't know she has 3 kids, that are in college apparently. I shouldn't know she has a 30minute drive home. Or that she "has a man to go home to" I shouldn't know "why Jamaicans have attitude" When asking for payment it was a "put the fucking card in." ....... excuse me ? No... absolutely not. The first time I didn't write this review because I said okay.. maybe she's having a bad day but THIS ?????? Imagine I was the company owners daughter she was speaking to. Ridiculous. This is the first time I've ever written a review but I couldn't let this experience go untold. I just visited this location to send a fax and naively didn't inquire about the price, assuming a premium of $5-$10 range given the commercial location. Boy was I wrong. I was charged THIRTY NINE DOLLARS to send a 17-page fax. When I expressed my astonishment at the price asked of me upon delivery of my confirmation sheet (hey, at least it went through) the employee said "hey, we're cheaper than Staples". OH THANKS! How do these people sleep at night charging that much for a FAX?!?! I used to use these guys for package delivery at various locations but NEVER AGAIN - this franchise is dead to me on general principle. read more

I really wish to give a zero star!!! came here before and gave a good review to one of the ladies and a guy that used to work in this facility, they were such a great help. Now they have this two young lady that don't know what they are doing. every time i go to make prints for my business, the machines don't work, the printer doesn't print, I waste all my money in this place for one print, when i try to let them know about the situation, they don't do anything. they charge me more to print and they take like 1/2 an hour printing one piece of paper. i think they try to do a good service, but they don't really know what they doing. read more

This location has the worst customer service. One particular male employee was not properly trained on interacting and communicating with customer care and concerns. I Recently opened up an account to start sending mail. one employee started the transaction walked away and another employee continue to process my shipment. I was not clear if my account was ever opened or not. I mailed the package paid and was handed a tracking number. I returned a week later to mail a second package and when I approached the desk and have my information they did not have an account under my name so I had to give my credit card number a second time and start all over. A second account was generated However I was not aware of this since I was told I had no account. I made sure it was active when I returned home I realized I had two accounts and I was told that their system could not generate two accounts but to my surprise it happened when I asked the employees how this could have happened no one had an explanation for me. They kept saying out system does not generate two accounts under the same name. I wanted to close one of the accounts and I was given a 800 number and told I needed to call them and have them close the account. I spent an hour and a half on the phone and I was transferred to five different representatives and department's. The last representative could not close the account. WhiI asked to be transferred to a manager I was transferred to a survey and then I was disconnected. I decided to call the retail location next to Costco and the male employee who answered me was not able to handle my tone due to the frustration that I just endured prior to calling him for the past hour on the Fed ex FedEx toll free number. He did not approach me with the customer is always correct mentality instead he raised his voice to me and he became sarcastic which turned into a screaming match. Sadly I got nowhere with this I do not recommend this location or this company UPS is the way to go. read more

Pretty self explanatory regarding a Shipping center. The staff here know what their doing. They accept your package, weight it and stamp it. They provide you with tracking number and you cant go wrong with shiping anything here. read more

Very poor service, no staffing and, in particular, refused to complete my project because of technical difficulties with their machine - given no alternatives except to go home and bring back a thumb drive and "maybe" they could complete a simple copy and collating project. The assistant manager was rude and on his own. I think he may have just wanted to get to the long line developing of people sending packages and shove me out the door. If you want a print project done, avoid this FedEx! Sending a package, need a box? It will only be a twenty minute wait before you get the job done. read more
