Three star review for the UPS counter. Came to post a package. On my way out the door I read my receipt. The weight noted was 10.5lbs when I knew for a fact knew that it was only 2.5 pounds. Returned to the clerk who went to re-weigh when I noticed the scale was wobbling. The scale footing was completely off balance. I mentioned this to the clerk who had no idea about how a scale works or calibres. I had to adjust the footing myself! Said they never were taught! The fee went from $18 to $15. Buyer beware! Pay attention to details, read your receipts and know what the weight of your package is. read more

Miserable and dank self print area. Service girl wasn't doing anything but wouldn't print behind the desk (unlike New Milford where they are very helpful). Machine broken too and full of customers. Go over to FedEx, which is light, bright and welcoming. As for rest of the store, it's fine. A standard Staples with everything you need. read more

I know sometimes businesses can be short of staff, and the expertise of those who can answer particular types of questions are not around. It usually makes the work day quite frustrating and stressful. However, despite all those circumstances, professional attitude must be maintained. Helpfulness, even if you don't know the answer, it's to reassure the customer that they're going to be helped regardless if the individual doesn't know the answer. I didn't get that here. "We don't like it when the customers do that!" says Barry after asking where did I get this tag. , the cashier's use of the English language is a reflection of how he is not managed well. I am so frustrated with the copy/print center. I am currently standing at the counter trying to order business cards. At first I was ignored for 5 minutes, then when one of the girls started to help me, she stopped because someone was having trouble with a computer. When she came back, one of the other girls hopped onto the computer (apparently there's only one that works). While I waited again, she went off to help someone copy an item. The computer freed up and another girl got on it. 20 minutes later, I am finally getting help and now the computer frozen. I wish this was a one time thing but it happens EVERYTIME. There needs to be more customer service training. read more

The leading experts to call when all else has failed. Hard drive failed and sent it off to 2 other companies who could not do anything but these guys were still able to salvage 85% of what I was looking for from the damaged drive which is better than nothing. Expensive but worth it.. read more

Extremely slow service at shipping center. Waited in line over 20minutes while 2 managers just watched and did not help. They also rang up regular customer items before shipping packages. Really frustrating considering other Staples have been great. Will drive to post office next time. read more
