Ronnie is honest, kind and knowledgeable - he told us we likely had an issue with water leaking through the shower door track. He recommended a handyman when we asked who could help replace our shower door. Once we addressed the source of the leak, Ronnie came back. Had a small hole cut in the wall to confirm the surrounding wood & drywall didn't have mold or extensive damage, which was a huge relief. He showed us pictures as well. Hole was patched up within hours. He and Diego let us know when everything would be dry and ready for prime and paint (which we did ourselves). Since I had my paint already, I was given a good discount. Every where else was quoting astronomical prices but this place was the most reasonable. Day of service, Benito came prepared with all the equipment and prepped the site optimally for easy clean up. They even wore shoe covers to protect our flooring. Victor was very professional and meticulous. He asked if I had any ceiling paint leftover. I told him I didn't, but I did have a picture of the name and bar code of the paint. Victor says, perfect, I'll pick up a gallon. He started the repair by laying out canvas drop cloths and taping plastic sheets from the ceiling to the floor. Upon completion of day 1, Victor stated that he would return in 2 days to allow the mud to dry. Victor returned 2 days later with Alex and started the day the same as day 1 (drop cloths and plastic sheets). Victor was able to match the ceiling's texture and the paint was a perfect match. I was very impressed by Victor's work. I would definitely recommend Drywall Masters for any sheetrock repair or project.

Affordable painting did a horrible job. Mike the owner made 100 promises and completed about 10. He…read moredidn't take any notes while on the job walk estimate. He checked a few boxes on a page of paper he had. He had hand surgery, a week before. He conveniently forgot about all the issues we talked about. I had 3 other professional painter submit quotes. When I asked him back he reassured me all would be taken care of. He diluted the expensive paint I ask for. He sprayed didn't back roll over. He didn't scrap or sand any pealing areas we discussed about, (see photos) he did a horrible job of fixing cracks that have now come back, he dumped paint other materials down my sewage drains, until I caught him at it. He did a half ass on the whole project His job on the front of my house replacement of siding which needs to be replaced now. Its paint is pealing and siding is bowing out word. ( see photos )He didn't use the proper T&G siding. He found and used inferior materials. He taped off all the windows on our home and held us hostage in our home for 3 weeks, he dumped hazardous chemicals in my back yard in back of my storage shed, trying to hide that. He broke our backyard garden water back flow prevention devise. (See photos) He sprayed our brand new heating and cooling system air conditioner coils with paint, instead of taping them off as I asked. He didn't repair some places that the roofers left after they had to make holes in siding and facia boards. He didn't replace structural 2X 4 boards but posted pictures of my home on line as completed. He got over spray on the body of the house with black paint. He painted our entry door and side doors with one coat of paint only. He would not give a materials used and quantities when asked. We observed him diluting the paint when manufacture says do not dilute it. I'd wouldn't recommend you do not business with Affordable painting for any services.
