I had the best experience here! I had my hair cut and colored and was taken care of very well. I was dressed well and drive a nice car and am use to people reacting a certain way around me. It's normal, I guess. As I sat there processing I watched the women in the salon interact with everyone like family, friends. So helpful, thoughtful, to everyone. I was glad it just wasn't me this time. It felt genuine, heartfelt! They did a great job with both cut and color and couldn't be more pleased. I can tell by the consultation they knew what they were talking about. I watched one girl do extensions and she looked fabulous! I also love the accepting and friendly environment I was in. This place is the best!! I messed up my color and walked into the salon with orange gold hair and left looking like a Rockstar!! Claudia not only fixed my color, but gave me highlights, conditioned, cut, and styled my hair before I left. My hair looked amazing! The salon itself is very clean and friendly. This is THE place to go for the best manicure and pedicure of your life! Kibby is the most meticulous nail care expert I have EVER met! She does it all - including awesome nail art! We love going to her every two weeks - me and my teenage daughter! She also does wonderful facials! You can even get wax services. I think there is nothing she cannot do! It doesn't surprise me that Joanne is not only not taking responsibility for her screw-up, but is trying to point the finger at me. A description and picture - how much more clear can a client be? The fact of the matter is that a lot of colorists don't truly LISTEN to their clients, and not everyone is as skilled as they claim to be. And, yes, after messing up my haircolor she had the nerve to charge me full price - and ask me for a tip TWICE. No business owner is going to admit to such unprofessional behavior. read more

With reference to my posting of 8/20/14. After seeing my posting on Yelp,Kandice called and left a message to call her on her cell phone and not to call the shop. I called her and she never answered or returned my call. Today 8/23/14, I called the Salon and spoke with Joann the owner. She informed me that KANDICE WAS NOT AN EMPLOYEE OF THE SALON .SHE ONLY RENTS A CHAIR. Joann was very sweet . she offered to give me a scalp treatment and to fix my color(free of charge) She also gave me a full refund. While in the salon I commented on Joanns fabulous expertise in color and styling. If there was a way of posting my experience with KANDICE without involving the salon I would have been more than happy to do it. read more

Joanne is a bully and common theif. She stole $250 of my money almost a year ago. She has REFUSED to give me one dollar of it back. She fought me on every level because she is apparently that desperate for money and is a vindictive, nasty beast. I haven't had the time or money to sue her in small claims court, as I am now homeless due to Hurricane Irma. It is completely disgraceful that she has behaved this way and insisted on keeping the hair and MY $250. I am sorry folks. Most of us can't afford to give away that kind of money. It has caused me quite a hardship. I never met a business owner who behaves in this manner. I will continue to write reviews all over the internet regarding her theft of my $250. I think people should know that Joanne cannot be trusted with credit card information. This money was from my tax refund. She did my hair and I spent $250 for MY hair extensions and I spent $200 in her salon that day and then she insisted that I buy more expensive hair extensions and hit my card for an additional $250. This is what happened and I will never go away. I will wait for the next tax refund and sue her in small claims and make sure she gets hit for my attorney's fees so that she can feel the same financial hardship she put me through. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. This was the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had and after messing my hair up twice, so much that I had to pay 180$ to them and then turn around and pay 150$ somewhere else for another salon to fix it. I asked for a refund, very respectfully and kindly through an email, and was told by the salon manager and owner that I had issues and don't deserve a refund. I went into this salon with full intentions to stay here long term, as I just moved to the area from Jupiter and needed a new stylist. I spoke w the salon manager the night before and let her know I had some outgrowth and needed a color job, all blonde. Upon walking in, I was not informed that my stylist could not speak or hear anything. He was a GREAT and extremely kind gentleman from what I was able to gather, but I was not spoken to other than by the salon manager letting me know he would be my stylist. I assumed that the manager had communicated what I wanted done the night before, as I had no idea that my stylist could not speak or hear me, but I showed him a picture of what I wanted anyways just to be sure. I also reminded the salon manager Joanne know that I wanted my hair ALL blonde. I sat in silence as he worked on my hair for FIVE HOURS. I walked out w a very gold/brassy base, with blonde roots. Two very different colors. Joanne knew that Vinnie had done a poor job, made this clear, and told me that I could come back, free of charge, to have it redone as they had made a mistake. I came back, Joanne worked on my hair for over a couple of hours, and I walked out looking the exact same. Anyone who would like pictures of the before and after please email me and I will give these to you. They will also be posted in front of the salon for other customers to be warned. This salon literally stole almost 200$ from me, and the BBB has been made aware of this as well. The owner spoke openly to customers both times I was there about how bad her employees are and about how she is going to have to fire them because they aren't paying her enough money. Please, do not go here if you want even a decent color or highlight job! If you want good customer service, DEFINITELY don't even bother. I have email upon email as well showing the owner of the salon bashing me and saying she wishes she would have went with her gut instinct by the way I looked when I first walked in and not given me service. Good luck if you do decide to enter this business. Worst salon I have ever been to in the 2 years I have lived in Florida! read more

oh my, you really don't want to go here!!! joanne does not listen to the customers requests and cannot do all colors- for sur- blondes, stay away! her haircuts are eh! she completley changed the color of my hair without my permission. said they she would redo at "no charge" - right-$100.00 later still joanne completly did her own thing, my hair is now frizzy- never was! still wrong color. bangs looked like abe lincoln. she offered to re-do at no change and then re-negged and would not give my money back-- this is no professional. everyone knows that any reputable hair dresser will gladly fix their mistakes at no charge--her name name is joanne, and on her personal page she has blocked me- afraid of truth. also she claims that you must let her know within 2 weeks if you are unhappy to let her know- i called within 9 days and no refund and claimed my husbandch! threaten ed her-- really don't understand that, he did not speak to her. watch out- she is a witch oh , she has also posted on facebook and elsewhere not to use this yelp coupon because it they charge her and she looses 1/2 the sale- she also cannot keep anyone who rents a chair from her- they all leave and she talks about everyone read more
