She spoke to a different stylist who claimed to be a elementary school teacher full-time and this was just her part-time job. she too also started screaming and yelling at my wife, calling her a liar because there was no way their online booking system was showing what we said it was showing, then thought it was appropriate to call her a B**ch. we will never come to this location and will make sure everyone that we know doesn't ever return including the family that recommended us to you. Serious training on how to speak and address customers needs to take place here. I don't understand how their doors are still open. This was their lake worth location.
