I found these ladies on Instagram and the pics they have posted are incredible... unfortunately I did not get the same result... For starters I was told I had to put a credit card on file in order to hold my appointment. I have never in my life had to do that and they said they will charge me 50% if I have to cancel in 24 hours. I did it since I was excited to have some fresh eyes and talent on my hair. I uploaded a picture on the web site of what I wanted and she quoted me almost $300. Yikes! The salon is cute with a laid bad beach vibe. Everyone was in a mask and the place was clean. I told them that I just wanted a partial highlight and toner to get the brassy look out. I said I can't see spending money like this looking like I have roots still! She said no problem and started working. I was about half way done when the hairdressers friend walked in and then I didn't see her for several minutes. And then all of a sudden there was a big rush to get me out of the chair. When I got home and was able to blow dry and actually see the results, I still had roots showing... it looked like 4 week's worth of growth and I just spent $150 on it. I texted them and they agreed that there was still root showing and they rescheduled me for a fix. Then less than 24 hours notice, she texted me saying that she had to reschedule me because the girl has covid and there is nothing else available in the near future. I followed up several times after that and she said there was no open appointment. So I asked for a refund. She then said they don't offer refunds but I can come in at 10am on a Wednesday to get it fixed... I just ignored it at that point. She was obviously not willing to work with my schedule and gave me an appointment she knew I would not be able to make knowing I work full time and have 2 young kids. read more

Nicole is such a stunning person with a lovely personality, she makes the whole experience feel personal, chatting and laughing with you the whole time. To be honest it's reviews such as these that as a business owner myself is really hard to stomach because we care so much about what we do. Treating walk ins who are just inquiring about services as insignificant and meaningless people is at the core a failure. Having structure and systems in place is crucial but conforming to different needs is something you learn over time. I spent 5-10 minutes asking questions about having my hair looked at to secure services and all I kept getting was cold responses to just fill out a form otherwise I couldn't even be tended to as an inquiry. Really great work is not at the success of a business, ultimately customer service is and after contacting the owner myself it was evident that the responses I was getting from the front desk was equal to hers as well. I hope over time this review is a learning process for better treatment of others and their needs as I as an owner have had to learn and implement changes over time by taking into account when we have fallen short of expectations. To date the largest six figure investment in our brand was how to serve the consumer, all types of them. read more

PROFILE AND LIE - I came to this salon based on a referral. When I made my appt. no one asked about my hair length. I was given an appt. with Alyssa. I have shoulder length hair and I wanted 2" cut off. During my consultation Alyssa asked me how I style my hair and I replied with electric curlers. Alyssa's response, "I'm not familiar with those." She then decides she doesn't cut "short" hair. I asked her if there was someone else who could cut my hair. She talked to the owner, Nicole (her family btw), and then told me I needed to go to another salon. They had no problem booking my appt., they only had a problem when I didn't show up looking like a 20 year old bimbo. I left but decided to come back and talk to the owner. There was a guy at the front desk who proceeded to tell me he was a co-owner and I could talk to him. This was a BOLDFACE LIE, which I later learned he is NOT A CO-OWNER. I have to say this place is amazing and Allie is a phenomenal stylist! Their process is great and the vibe in the salon is on point! I filled out a form online, uploaded photos and explained what I was looking for. I had a response within 24 hours with an estimated price, and who I should see. I was trying to go back to my more natural color and every other salon said it would take several appointments to obtain. Yes I made a mistake of adding low lights about 6 months ago, and it wasn't working for me. Allie was able to achieve what I wanted in one appointment. She was patient, sweet and understood what I was looking for. My husband was floored when he saw my hair. This is my new salon!!! read more

Nicole and Alyssa came highly recommended by a friend and they did not disappoint. I went in for a cut and Alyssa did an amazing job.
