A Creative Pear Photography is AMAZING! Kayla Hembree of A Creative Pear truly is an artist and captured our wedding perfectly! A Creative Pear was one of the only vendors I chose based solely on research and reviews (no personal references), and I am SO thankful I found A Creative Pear and Kayla! I will absolutely recommend A Creative Pear to everyone I know looking for a photographer! Kayla was always extremely responsive to my emails, both when I was simply inquiring and when I officially booked her for my wedding. She took the time to meet with us before the wedding to go over details and for us to get to know each other (a meeting is not required, but is SO helpful!). We immediately felt very comfortable with Kayla. She was familiar with our venue, and through just speaking with her, it is clear how well she knows her craft and how to professionally photograph a wedding. After meeting with Kayla, I felt a huge sense of relief--She set up our entire photography schedule, which helped me to then plan the pre-photography activities in the morning and work with other vendors. Kayla created a Google Doc with the time frame for pictures throughout the day and a list of pictures based on our meeting, which allowed me to continue working on the list on my own as I thought of other pictures I wanted. The day of the event Kayla was very organized, professional, calming, and fun! She has a great sense of humor and is so sweet--Her personality is definitely the kind you want to be around the day of your wedding. Everyone felt very comfortable with her, and she is really great at getting excellent photographs and making everyone look amazing. She has a great eye for beautiful photos. She is also very efficient--We had a lot of family and group pictures we wanted, and she got all of them, even ahead of schedule. I was very particular about the kind of wedding photos I wanted--Kayla's photographs of our wedding turned out absolutely beautiful! The scenery, lighting, color, and angles are gorgeous, and she has a knack for photographing the perfect moments. Awesome photographer and the most beautiful photos! They say when you plan a wedding make sure you don't settle on a photographer, but rather pick a great photographer that is right for you. The Creative Pear Photograpy is without a doubt the best there is! Kayla was such a pleasure to work with. She has the personality that makes people smile. She spent lots of time emailing my daughter back and forth to get a feel for the number of special family photos and those "must have" photos that were needed. Once Kayla had an idea of what the Bride and Groom wanted, she met with us at the venue to make a timeline for the pictures that needed to be taken and to get a feel of where the best posed pictures should be taken. The timeline was down to the minute as to what picture was to be taken when, so that precious time for the wedding events was not lost on pictures. Kayla worked with our DJ who also had a timeline for the flow of the wedding and reception and together they came up with a master timeline that the Bride and Groom agreed with and thought was perfect. The photos that were taken are absolutely breathtaking and gorgeous. Kayla captured not only the smiles in the posed photos, but the true happiness from the newlyweds is evident in every picture. There are so many spontaneous photos of all of the events and guests throughout the night having fun. She even caught the Bride's 80 year old Grandmom out on the dance floor shaking her stuff with a big smile on her face-what an awesome memory to capture forever! Kayla is so easy to work with. Her main concern is making the Bride happy and without a doubt that is exactly what she did. The quality of her work is above excellent and the photos captured and produced are truly amazing! Working with Jennifer has been a great experience. She really knows her stuff and her quality of work is among the best I've seen. She is really flexible which makes it easy to work with crazy schedules. Extremely nice and works weddings extremely well. Kayla is an exceptional photographer as well and very easy to work with.
