I have been shopping at a cut above for years. I love the products and the staff! However, lately I've noticed that some of the cashiers aren't giving me back any change or my receipt. So I have no way to compare what I was charged, what I paid, and the change given. I had one of the girls print out my last few receipts and after looking them over, my suspicions were confirmed. I sincerely hope this is a mistake and not THEFT but it only happens with certain cashiers. I was persistent on speaking with the store manager but I always call on the wrong days. I hope this issue is addressed. $1 or $2 per customer is a lot of extra money in someone's pocket. read more

i come here every time i visit from california. they have high quality stuff and pretty cheap prices. Ashley helped me during my most resent visit and she was wonderful. This dispensary has gone downhill fast in the last year. Their once amazing selection is now sparse, the quality of their flower has diminished, and the once friendly and helpful staff has become snarky, condescending, and rude. The staff's notably bad demeanor is exceeded only by the lack of professionalism in how they present themselves. If I wanted to go to a freak show I would check out Barnum and Bailey Circus the next time they are in town. It is difficult to take a bud tender seriously when they are wearing Mickey Mouse ears and a pink tutu (true story and it wasn't Halloween) . read more

They have a great selection of flower, edibles, and concentrates. They have medical and recreational options to choose from. For medical you need a medical Marijuana license and for recreational be over 18. They have a great selection of lazercat and greendot. Also have over 20 different flower options to choose from. i don't know, i've tried this place twice, the first time a 50-minute wait with one group of 5 in front of us (when i thought there was a time limit for shopping during covid), and today i made it in after waiting 20 minutes (no issue) to be rushed into buying a single strain after pulling out a wad to spend there. I asked which ones were higher in thc, and i get told "all of them." Long black hair and sleeve tats. Asked about the Olio products and was told "i don't know if we have any." OTD prices are nice, service is dog shit. Honestly not worth more than a 3 minute wait. read more

Wow. Pulled into the parking lot, within a minute the security "guard" came up to my vehicle and banged on the hood. I rolled down the window and he said "what's your business?" I said going into the dispensary. I was parked directly in front, it couldn't have been more obvious. He said I had to move. I told the guys I was with to hop out so I could move the vehicle while they shopped. Again within a minute, he banged on my vehicles hood and whined "NOW". So I along with the 4 other people decided to shop at a different dispensary considering how ridiculous this was. Definitely lost a ton of business. How dare this guy put his hands in my vehicle? Let's be real here, this is a dispensary, not a top notch club in Vegas lol. Denver weed is pretty low quality in general when compared to other legal states, so maybe it's a good thing they don't know how to acknowledge people's existence. Only reason I'm leaving 3 stars, is a lot of the newer female bud tenders here have a snarky attitude. If you like your flower so dry it crumbles, then this is the dispensary for you. They had an anniversary special the weekend of September 21; free pizza, donuts and burritos, loooong lines and all the dry bud you could want! $110 for an oz of recreational which I split into halves. Both so dry they could spontaneously combust! The potency is long gone. I suspect they buy cheap wholesale flower that has been sitting on the warehouse shelves for a while. Do yourself a favor and spend a few more dollars for way better quality than this. read more
