One of the best sets of knifes I have ever bought. They have been professionally sharpened several time but the gentleman who provided that service has retired. My wife found these guys and took the knifes in and they did a great job. I had mentioned to her that Henkel Knives come with a lifetime guarantee. One of the standard knifes had a broken tip and when she showed it to them, they confirmed the guarantee and sent the old one off to Henkel so that a replacement could be sent. Somehow the first one got lost in shipping so they had to ship a second time which added to the time but today I picked up the new knife. Profuse apologies about something out of their control but in the end, they ended up with a happy customer.

Two weeks later,after attempted first mow, mower stopped completely. Made another appt. Was told to order very expensive part sight unseen and exchanged very curt and unprofessional texts thereafter after confirming second appointment myself. Asked for a refund. Was asked "what is there to refund? It is wasn't running when I got there and it was running great when I left there". Never mind the fact it stopped dead in its tracks not even two weeks later after the first mow was initiated post "repair". Would never use again. Waste of time and money.
