    Broken TV after Clean Cut Movers

    Our two man crew was very helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately, when we were unpacking, we plugged in one of our TVs and found it was damaged. I reached out to the owner, Justin to ask if they had a claim system. Long story short, he ignored numerous texts then finally responded when I let him know I was going to leave a review. His response was "you went with us cause we were the cheapest." So if you value your things, maybe spend a little more for a company that is insured, and check Yelp before you make a decision. Probably a reason they only have two stars.

    TL;DR They were supposed to be there for 6 hours with an arrival window from 9-10AM. They showed up at 1:45 and worked 5 hours. We had to unpack and repack the 15' truck and after getting to our destination and unpacking the larger truck we noticed that a lot of our property had been damaged thanks to them. If you go through U-Haul's site then DO NOT PROVIDE PAYMENT CODE UNTIL YOU KNOW IT'S A GOOD JOB! This was the worst team I you could ask for and their incompetence set us back a whole day. There are so many issues with this company, but I will stick to the issues that had move out impact. The owner and his 4 man crew showed up at 1:45PM instead of his scheduled arrival time of between 9 or 10. He did notify me via text message that his crew wouldn't be there at 10 the morning of due to one member of his crew being in an accident. At first he told me they would start 1 and bring a 5 man crew than that changed to just before 2 with the original 4 man crew. When they arrived, they walked right into my home and announced, "The movers are here!". My wife told them where to prioritize and they informed her that they'll start where they see best. We had several items that weren't going, and we told each person numerous times what NOT to pack. Guess what came with us? EVERYTHING. There was a tub that we were leaving behind for my elderly mother to save on shipping. Guess what's going to have to get shipped now? This was even AFTER we told them not to pack certain things. The last hour of the teams work was spent packing a 15'truck. The packing job looked like it was done by a drunken teenager. The owner came up wanting the payment code knowing he had only worked 5 hours and the code was for 6. I relented and in hindsight regret my weakness. Finally, after we got to our location another team met up with us and unpacked both trucks. During the unpacking we saw that our property was severely damaged. I have tried to work my concerns out with U-Haul and they conveniently mention that once they payment code has been provided there's nothing they can do. I have been trying to work with the owner with little to no luck. I really wouldn't recommend using a site that provides no backing to you the customer should things go awry. I certainly HIGHLY recommend NOT using this company.

    Damage was done to my walls (holes & Scratches) contacted the owner Justin he was rude and didn't want to resolve the issue he went as far as to tell me I was told the wall would be damaged if they brought the treadmill in the house and I said it was ok to damage the walls I have never heard of such. I would not recommend this moving company

    This was probably the worst moving company with which I've ever dealt. Two scruffy guys showed up and complained practically nonstop about how heavy my furniture was. They constantly reminded me about the amount of time I had and informed me that it included travel time. This was a shock since I had booked 3 people at my destination and was not informed that it included travel time. They mishandled furniture, scratching the walls and the furniture. Please see the pictures. Then it got worse. They packed the 15' truck inefficiently and informed us that it was full. When I saw it at the destination I realized that all of my items would have fit if they'd done it properly. My friend and I had to go back the next day to get the rest. At our destination we were told we had 40 minutes left so my friend and I had to pitch in and help unload the truck in order not to go over our time. Then they asked for two codes and I only had one. I hadn't received a text or email about the second part. Somehow it had been booked for another time but Justin had fixed it. Still a code wasn't sent. The bigger of the guys kept insisting it was in my emails like I was lying about it. He had the nerve to say to my friend " I keep telling her what to do but she ignores it". I was told that if I didn't find it I'd have to pay it all in cash which I didn't have. I finally found job information on their web site. I had booked through Uhaul so I didn't have an account and had to make on just to find it. This was all in the middle of trying to get things off the truck so they wouldn't leave. They also didn't put anything back together leaving us with heavy furniture that we can't lift. I hired these people because my friend and I are in our sixties. We shouldn't have been lifting furniture. We shouldn't have had to go back for our remaining items. We shouldn't have have been treated so disrespectfully. They offered a $6 refund for a 5 star review. In my opinion they owe me a $100 refund for labor, travel time, and damages

    Never showed up after I got truck ,not professional didn't call after conversation the day befor e left me hanging don't trust them!!!!!!

Hunk Manager came out and did a walk through to see how many hunks I would need to get my 3 level home packed. When the day came, 4 hunks showed up on time, and got to work wrapping and packing. Matt the leader was polite, adorable, professional and a true hunk. All 4 worked as a team and in 5 hours, both pods were packed floor to ceiling. I was so happy I made them all lunch. If I may make a suggestion, please at least have cold water for these men. They work so hard and sweat in this heat...be human and treat these hard working men as you would like to be treated. Ice cold water, I even put out cold watermelon to keep their sugar up while they continued to work extremely hard. I am definitely hiring college hunks when my house is finished, to unpack both pods moving all my furniture into my new house. Thank you College Hunks for making my move stress free. Jamie

    We used Patton's Moving to move us 15 minutes away from our current house. The move was today - May…read more22, 2026. Their employee, Tyler, came to our house and looked over everything we had to move and gave us a price of $1750 to move 2 beds (frame and mattresses), 2 nightstands, 8 dressers, a washer and dryer, and 1 mirror and a small chest freezer. We also had another quote for $1200 from a competing company. I told Tyler, the estimator, that the other price was $1200 and he said, "let me see what I can do" and then offered to do the job "all in at $1425.". All we had to do was leave our $200 deposit & we'd get a call from scheduling. The price fair and we shook his hand and left the $200 deposit. A few days passed, and no one had called to schedule a time for the move. We called them yesterday, the day before the move, to see when the movers would arrive. They told us that our time was between 8 AM and 9 AM. They arrived around 8:30 today. We met the movers -Carlos, the lead mover, Juan, and Jesner. The gentlemen were just awesome. They were professional, hard working, excellent at making sure our items were placed where we wanted them, and they were so kind. They are the only positive part of Patton Moving. When they finished the job, Carlos provided us a bill for almost $2300. We explained to him that Tyler had quoted $1425 for everything. To get this fixed, we needed to call the office. The owner was so incredibly rude and argumentative. He told us that quotes are "just ideas" and he demanded payment. We explained that there was absolutely no information, spoken or written, that covered this. We reiterated that Tyler told us that we were "all in at $1425..." and shook Tyler's hand. The owner remained belligerent and started telling us that the movers didn't have lunch and had to walk 36 steps to get into our house and it took longer than expected to move us and to pay him. He was extremely unprofessional and treated us as if it was OUR fault that their employee lied to us and misquoted the job. We are the customer and Tyler had ample opportunity to walk our home, see our furniture, and provide us with a price. Tyler demonstrated that either he is awful at quoting jobs, or he is awful at it AND he engages in what I believe are devious business practices. The owner must also engage in these devious practices as he did not listen to a word we said. Tyler did us wrong when he lowered our price just to get the job. He told us "all in" it was $1425.00. He said nothing about mileage, additional hours, or that your "quote" was floating. Never in my life have I had a "floating" quote for moving. He walked through our house with us, gave us a price, and we shook hands. I felt horrible for the gentleman who did our physical moving for us. They were just awesome. Patton Moving does not deserve to have such good people working for them. I'd hire all three of them to work for me any day! My husband agreed to split the difference with them, and yes, we did get screwed over. Legally, we didn't have to pay it. I would've preferred to see them in court than pay a company that sends people out to give low ball quotes with nothing else disclosed, then bills them frivolously and fraudulently. My husband just wanted an end to the stress so he paid - although now he regrets that. We paid more that "splitting the difference" because they also didn't credit our $200 deposit. I'll be contacting them about this and will update my review. Another tactic. Incredible. As a business owner, I would be mortified if a customer walked away misled, baited, and lied to. Tyler - you should be fired. To the owner, you should too. To Carlos, Juan, and Jesner. Thank you. - the owner replied to my review and said that there were "things that were not disclosed" in the walk through that made our final bill higher. Tyler was in my house and saw everything that needed to be moved. We told him about the other house re: location and where furniture would go. The owners reply our blame on me for a bad quote and he said that there was extreme distance for the movers to go from the truck to the house. This simply isn't true. He also said my husband was rude when he called to talk about the bill. My husband was not at all rude. From the moment the owner picked up the phone, he was aggressive and my husband called him out on his rudeness which made the owner even more aggressive. This company is not one with integrity and I cannot believe what we experienced from the shady tactics to the treatment from the rude owner and his lies. Buyer beware. What I've written is the truth. This company failed at providing an accurate quote, provided not 1 small print sentence regarding additional billing, they refused to be accountable, and both Tyler and the owner were incredibly unprofessional.
