I spent nearly 400$ to get a "Brazilian blowout" "smoothing" treatment and I'm so beyond disappointed. My hair is the same if not more dry and course than before the treatment. I wanted something to temporarily straighten my hair and I got confused by the messages with the salon which is my fault. But now after all is said and done, I'm just upset my hair feels and looks just a little bit worse if anything 4 hours of salon time and 400$ later. I was pleasantly surprised with the wash portion that was truly like a spa! It's a quiet dark room with calming music playing as they wash your hair and give you a scalp massage. I was also offered a drink when I first walked in! The blowout was efficient and quick - the whole process took less than an hour.
