The person I spoke to was very sympathetic since I was a hot boogery mess. I made an appointment for the next morning to drop off my bird. The day of appointment, Alicia was waiting for me and opened the door to greet me. We went over pricing and she helped me pick out a nice urn. I was also able to have it engraved. It looks like unexperienced groomers, maybe practicing and decided to do whatever they pleased with disregard to the customers request. It is disrespectful to the dog and myself as her owner. I get furious every time I think of it!

It's a nice establishment and they cater to dogs of all sizes. Two hours later I picked them up. The groomer did exactly as I instructed, which was to trim my Yorkie as short as possible for the summer months. She also trimmed their nails. $40 per dog, seems to be the norm. Groomingdales did a nice job and this will be their new place for grooming needs, whether they like it or not. ;-)
