The day of appointment, Alicia was waiting for me and opened the door to greet me. We went over pricing and she helped me pick out a nice urn. I was also able to have it engraved. They should have asked for the total payment the first time instead of leading me to believe that the $198.12 covered the private cremation. About a month later, the manager called me to inform me that they sent me an empty urn without my dog's ashes. This is a big mistake. Even with a partial refund, this is something that cannot be overlooked.

Not only does she do an incredible job of grooming, but, over the years, she has adopted so many animals that people leave behind or drop off to her and given them a wonderful life, both dogs and cats. Eve is a really kindhearted, compassionate individual who is patient with puppies, older dogs and even dogs with behavioral issues. It's a nice establishment and they cater to dogs of all sizes. Two hours later I picked them up. The groomer did exactly as I instructed, which was to trim my Yorkie as short as possible for the summer months. She also trimmed their nails. $40 per dog, seems to be the norm. Groomingdales did a nice job and this will be their new place for grooming needs, whether they like it or not. ;-)
