Very friendly experience here and my dog also had a chance to socialize w other small dogs while there, which was a positive experience for her. She looked very happy when I went to pick her up and so cute in her little bandana. Smelled great and they did a good job of getting rid of loose undercoat from all the warm weather we've had lately. I paid $75 for a short cut and my little old dog came back with a bloody cut and looking awful. I cannot recommend this groomer.

They post live feed online of your dogs & post pictures on Facebook for you to see of your dog so you know they are having fun. My family recently moved to Hendersonville, NC. We have 3 dogs, 2 of which needed grooming. One is a 4 lb Yorkie that has bad allergies. The other is a Terrier/Dachshund. I found "A Dogs Day Out" that did grooming close to our home. I made an appointment for Saturday morning and brought the dogs over. I went in and filled out some forms and explained what we wanted in both dogs grooming. The woman told us that she had an Oatmeal shampoo that she would use on our Yorkie. We agreed that she was not allergic to oatmeal. The dogs ran to her. She told us the dogs would be ready in about 3 hours. We went back to get the dogs and they were beautiful. Lucie, our Yorkie looked wonderful and Max looked better than he had ever looked after getting groomed. Not only that but the dogs really seemed to have a great time there. We found out that they do a day care for dogs as well as boarding. We also brought Brandie, our Boxer/Rhodesian Ridgeback along to get her nails trimmed. The price was excellent. The area was clean and the dogs had a great time. They are still yelping about their experience. read more

Everytime we come to town to visit family we make plans to bring our dog here. They are very accommodating, and I know my pooch is under the best care. He is always happy to be there and is tired when we go home. It's nice having a place to bring him. read more

Want to say a great big thank you to Miranda at A Dog's Day Out! Normally my husband grooms our toy poodle Zoe. Due to a broken knee cap - his - we needed to find someone to clean up our girl. In the past this has been a nightmare. Imagine having used the same barber or stylist on your own hair for 10 years and needing to switch... Miranda is the only groomer that has ever gotten all the small details right. She not only did a great job on the clip she was super sweet with Zoe. Her prices were also very reasonable. My dog Miles has been going since we first got him. He loves the people who work at the day care, he apparently has a good time because when he gets home all he wants to do is sleep. They also have grooming available! My dog is a stinker but they are very patient with him and are helping him improve his puppy manners. My dog goes once a week. It is money well spent. read more

I live in South Asheville, but work in Hendersonville and was thrilled to find this place to take my dogs for fun and socializing. I have a yorkie (11lber!) and a miniature schnauzer/chihuahua x, both of whom are 12yrs old. They absolutely adore going for the day and have been doing so 1-2x per week for the last year to 18 months. They are also groomed there. Everyone is delightful and obviously cares greatly about each of the dogs who spend time there. I can't speak highly enough about A Dog's Day Out. read more
