Tree removed carefully and he took photos of the roof for me. The yard was cleaned up and you couldn't tell all that had happened. They put the tarps back up to cover every hole in the roof. An online request was met with a same day call back and I was on the books for the following week. We had a certified arborist (Taylor Hunt) come out to do the evaluation vs. a sales guy (who knows everything) and the initial consult was free! Our arborist was professional and to the point. Did a quick walkthrough and focused on answering all my questions. He was knowledgeable and his action plan seemed the most sound and it didn't come across as he was trying to add different treatment plans to make some more $$. Overall Davey worked out to be the cheapest. It took a bit to get scheduled for the actual service (tree fungicide application): you have to approve the estimate through the arborist and then the office will call you back to schedule. Had I not called, I would have just been waiting and wondering. Anyways, got the first fungicide application done, which was seamless. Their portal is easy to navigate and make payments etc. I would highly recommend them!

I amateur guess was that the job would take a full day (or more) but work was finished by about 1:30 in the afternoon (which included a complete cleanup of all of the areas that had been affected in front and back yards).
