Our luck continued when Eric punctually showed up at our house to work on our skimmer and suction side flow that wasn't working. In less than 5 minutes, not only did Eric have the issue correctly diagnosed, but he was also able to keep his customer's cost in check by not recommending needless parts and labor. What completely amazed me was that Eric was sincerely interested in pleasing us and making us smile. They added more people, which is good for business i understand, but they were never trained up to par and had several issues. (We did need a new filter, but they said they couldn't get it clear, as "it's been raining," "your mulch is too high in the planter," "you have a screen out," etc. The old service never could get it clear.) We called Willis Pool Service, and Tyler came out and told us the problems. (He also said those were flimsy excuses for not getting the pool clear.) I cannot recommend this company based on my experience…read more Shortly after hiring them, I experienced ongoing problems with my pool, including weeks of cloudiness and recurring algae issues. Despite multiple service visits and repeated assurances that the problem was being addressed, the pool remained in poor condition and my vacation rental guests complained that they did not feel comfortable using it. The company ultimately recommended replacing the pool pump, which I paid to have installed. Less than a year later, the pump stopped working while still under warranty. When I contacted the company for warranty service, they refused to address the issue. They also told me a technician had visited the property and attributed the problem to a power outage, but my exterior security cameras do not show anyone from the company coming to the property during the time they claimed the visit occurred. As a result, I have had to hire another pool company to diagnose and repair the issue. A warranty is only valuable if a company is willing to honor it, and that has not been my experience. Because of how this matter has been handled, I have filed (or am filing) a complaint with the appropriate Florida licensing and consumer protection authorities. I would encourage anyone considering this company to carefully evaluate whether they are comfortable relying on them for warranty service and ongoing support. I will also add that the owner of the company has messaged me to threaten that if I do not take down my reviews they would provide negative reviews to my airbnb listing. He essentially is threatening to retaliate against me by commiting fraud to bully me into not holding his company accoutable.

He did a wonderful job, totally cleaned up the disaster I had from our deck being power washed, cleaned my filter twice, because the problem was so bad, and started regular weekly cleaning on Monday. These guys are genuinely 24-7 with their service.
