We took breaks leaving the soft play area but I wish someone was there to remind parents of the age group intended for the soft play area especially since the rest of the museum is open to the older children. This was the only section truly available for babies. I also wish there was staff wiping down the area more often or at least have sanitizing wipes available outside of the play area, especially since babies drool and spit up. I was there for 2 hours and didn't see any staff tidying up or wiping the area down. Some of the soft play sections were separated too where there would be small open spaces revealing the concrete underneath which was a little disappointing because it didn't feel so safe. The gate to close the section off kept opening up too. Aside from the issues above, my baby enjoyed himself. The soft play area is honestly small but I imagine it looks huge from my baby's perspective. There's a mirror, lots of hills and steps, and there's a little slide. He loved every second of it. He also loved the installation on the ceiling above the soft play area. Parking in the garage is free for 90 minutes I believe and it's right next to the museum. The staff at the desk are kind. You leave your strollers at the lobby in front of the front desk. There's several restrooms and there's a nursing/quiet room with 2 rocking chairs facing each other. I wish there was a privacy screen or something though because I was just nursing in front of a stranger and I would have felt more comfortable if we weren't directly facing each other haha. He entered the museum without issue, and staff allowed him inside. At no point was any "no weapons" policy explained to him. While there, the interaction between my husband and the children was honestly so heartwarming. Kids flocked to him, excited to meet a real police officer. He handed out stickers, took photos with children who asked, and created such a positive, sweet moment for families and kids. It was one of those genuinely special interactions that helps children feel safe and build positive relationships with law enforcement. Unfortunately, that moment was completely ruined when a manager approached and told him he had to leave because he was carrying his service weapon, despite being an on-duty officer in full uniform. Had this policy been clearly communicated at entry, that would have been one thing. Instead, he was allowed in, warmly engaging with families and children, only to be asked to leave afterward in a way that felt unnecessary and upsetting. I respect that businesses can have policies, but the inconsistency and lack of communication were disappointing. More than anything, it was sad to see such a positive interaction for children abruptly cut short. Experiences like these matter because children benefit from positive relationships with the people who serve their communities, whether that's police officers, firefighters, mail carriers, or other public servants. Those everyday interactions help kids feel connected, safe, and familiar with the people they see in their neighborhoods. What should have been a lovely memory and a meaningful community moment for my kids turned into an uncomfortable and disappointing experience for our family.

One star off for no longer having a parking lot. My friend said it had been converted to an outdoor play area but we came on a day it had rained so maybe that's why it wasn't available for the party. Parking is a pain but persistence paid off and I found a spot two blocks down. Upon arriving, there were a couple kids who were "regulars" and all seemed happy and excited to be there. The facility looks like a very equipped community center/rec room. Clean, well maintained, a huge plethora of toys to keep a kid very busy. During the day they leave the venue to go to the beach, a local park, zip lining, etc. Seems very well run, organized, and they start the day off by having a meeting as a group to talk about the day's schedule and activities. I came to pick up the kids 15 min early and they were having such a good time, I let them play until it was time to go because they did not want to leave. The pricing is reasonable overall, though the skating entrance fee feels a bit steep. Arcade games are fairly priced, and the bumper car sessions offer good value. There's a dedicated seating area, but the snack bar is currently limited to just chips. Hopefully, they'll expand the menu in the future. In the meantime, it seems like bringing your own food is an option. The hallway leading to the restrooms is well-designed, and the bathrooms themselves are impressively high-tech, with some featuring two sinks on opposite sides, an interesting touch. I haven't visited with my kids yet, but it looks like we'll be making a trip soon. The real test will be whether they enjoy it. On a positive note, there's plenty of parking available on the side. They started making flowers and butterflies, putting down table cloths, connecting the slideshow, and putting up decorations. They put out all of our food and beverages, and started playing with my two kids while we waited. Absolutely amazing help. During the party, the team at APEX was incredible. They planned fun activities for the kids and really met them on their level. Some of the children were jumping on the coaches as if they were best friends-- that's the kind of love they were giving. And by the end of the party, the coaches knew almost every child's name. I'm the mom and still had to question myself with names, yet they addressed every child by their name. Truly, just a very gifted and involved group of people. They are professionals in the truest sense. We are moving across the country in a few weeks, otherwise I'd immediately book my son's birthday party here. And we've done it all- soft play in our back yard, a children's museum in SM, a ball and bounce place in SM, and playgrounds, but APEX made my daughter's birthday party so special that we'd do it a thousand times over. A few minutes later, Bryan came back to check on us and said he would reach out to production to see if there might be any last-minute tickets available. He also mentioned he would let us know either way so we wouldn't have to wait around unnecessarily. Thankfully, production let him know that there was a possibility of extra tickets being released around 2 PM, depending on capacity. Bryan was truly so kind, helpful, and attentive throughout the whole process. In the end, we were able to get tickets, and our little one got to meet Isa and create such beautiful memories. We arrived about 7 minutes early and were asked to wait outside because they said entering early would add extra charges to the host's bill. We waited at the door so our friend wouldn't be charged unnecessarily. When the time finally reached 5:00 PM and we tried to enter, the staff member stopped me, a guest, and told me to "make sure the host knows" that the price is $35 per child and $15 per adult. This was inappropriate and very uncomfortable. It's not a guest's responsibility to confirm pricing with the host, and putting me in that position felt unprofessional and disrespectful. Overall, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming, overly strict, and money-driven. A children's birthday party should feel warm and friendly, not stressful. I would not recommend this place for hosting or attending events. After this experience, I would personally prefer not to attend any future parties at this location, even if invited.

I must've asked a thousand questions from day one, and every single one was answered promptly, with thoughtful adjustments for the cars and setup. 3 When the big day came, I panicked because the venue turned out smaller than I expected. But Pierre and his teammate -- our assigned instructors -- were absolutely amazing. They calmly helped us figure things out, adjusted as we went, and made everything run perfectly. They truly cared! They arrived right on time, were so efficient, and even my husband told me later that both instructors kept reminding him to make sure I ate something -- apparently, I looked like a hyper energizer bunny having a mini panic attack! 4 The setup and the event itself were wonderful. All the parents had fun, and the smaller venue actually worked in our favor -- no one was glued to their phones! Everyone interacted, laughed, and had a good old-fashioned time, just like the good old days. 5 Lastly, the finishing touches were perfect -- the short highlight reel they made after the event captured everything beautifully.
