After I read the negative feedback on Yelp, I did become hesitant, yet talking to them, and my friend who referred me eased my mind enough to book online, which was easy to do, made me eligible for a promotional discount, and allowed me to print and have on hand transaction records to refer to my client and request a quick reimbursement. I am happy to report that they truly delivered, helping to make the event memorable and my client happy. He was all over the place entertaining and keeping the kids engaged. This year for her 2nd birthday party we hired the spongey dude (sponge bob lookalike) and Lauren came and did some face painting and balloon animals with the kids. She was so sweet and patient. When it came time for her to do games as the spongey dude she was still very patient, even though we had some rowdy kids who seemed to lose a bit of interest. She stayed longer and engaged with my 2 year old for the last 30 minutes and gave her lots of hugs and high fives. That alone was worth our money! I had the dancers come out as a surprise and they did about 4 songs and the last song, Anna and I had a choreographed song. Completely blew away my husband and friends and family. They had NO idea. 4 years later, I brought Anna again to choreograph another song for my husband and me for my 30th birthday party where again we KILLED it.
