The third clean they did not take out the trash... like at all, in any room in the whole house. Surfaces were left dusty. I still don't see how their "rotation schedule" works. No area ever seems to be focused on. Tomorrow is my last scheduled clean and it is 8pm and neither the app nor the email has given me any sort of time frame window... so annoying. I can't wait to cancel this company. Waste of time and money.

When I got home the floors were still dirty, used a swifter to clean the tile and it was turning the pads black. I called them to see if they could issue a refund or come back out. They told me only a manager could decide on a refund, called a couple of times, they never did anything. Claimed they sent people back out, they did not send anyone. I figure if they cant even clean a empty house, good luck if you are living in the home! On the morning of their arrival for a cleaning (and we had been using them for a few months), I placed 3 $20 bills, folded and facing a specific odd way into a drawer on my dresser top men's valet (jewelry, rings, misc.). My wife was home when they cleaned. Upon my return from work, I opened the drawer and my heart sank. The money had been repositioned, and a single $20 bill was removed. My wife did not take the money, and there were no other people in our house in the 10 hour period of time. I was suspecting that something was not right with these two, but could not prove it, so I purposely set up this money in a closed drawer to see if my suspicions were correct. I feel violated and beyond upset with them! Response to comments posted: 1) Why are you claiming to be doing us a favor and feeling bad for us by offering a cheap price to clean the house? You were the ones who worked at a competitor we were using (Cleaning Authority), then solicited us by saying that you own your own business and could clean our house for much less money if we would leave our current cleaning service and employ you instead! We thought we would give 2 private local individuals a chance over a corporate franchised business. We were very wrong. 2) We would have you clean about every 2 weeks, or every 3 weeks. You never complained when we asked for a change in the frequency, and it was to accommodate our schedules for vacations and other matters. You say you are customer oriented, and you could have easily said something or refused our requests when we asked for an occasional variable cleaning schedule. 3) The filthy house with cat litter and feces everywhere is an outright lie, and an easy one at that because we do have 2 cats. Their litter box area has litter on cat mats surrounding the box, as typically happens with cats. As far as having a filthy house (not true), and isn't that why people hire a cleaning service anyway? 4) Why, if you have been in business as long as you claim, that mine is the ONLY Yelp review as of 8/21/2019? And I can't find too much other information on you? And the names you use for your business vary? And the other 2 'not recommended by Yelp' reviews appear to be very positive 5-star reviews written by...you?! 5) When we had you perform a minor plumbing enhancement, why did it take like 5+ tries for you to get it right, with comments made like "your husband should be able to do what is left to be done", and finally "if I can't fix it (on the 5th attempt) then it can't be fixed"? And not returning our phone calls for days, many times leaving our toilet leaking water from either the main valve, or its internal plumbing. 6) This is not a false review! I purposely set that money in a drawer in the morning, in a specific manner, and I absolutely 100% know that you opened the drawer, removed one of the $20 bills, then closed the drawer and left the money re-positioned, by the time I checked later in the day. Yes, $20 is not much, but if that happens to many other customers, it adds up to a more significant amount. Removing a little item or money here and there from many people, or the same people over time, making them think "did I misplace that item" or "did I have more money than that in my stack" can add up to a nice bonus for you both. With a purposeful intent to see what might happen, I carefully counted and set that money in the drawer in the morning, and after your cleaning, it was absolutely skimmed and moved! I only did this because I began developing suspicions about you. We are very disappointed in you both, and only want to inform others to be very cautious when using any of the many services that you sell.

The lead cleaner Bree was very nice and very professional I was told she would be coming with herself and two cleaners yet she showed up with herself two cleaners and two teens to assist them. After about 2 1/2 hours I was told they had five other jobs to go to and would not be able to complete my job today. They would be glad to come back another time. I said no I contracted for my home to be completed and that is what I expected. Bree was very cordial and nice but explained that they could not do this, but after talking with the owner was told they could give me a total of the five hours that I was told originally would take to clean my home. This did not happen although they were here for the five hours. My home was not finished. Several of the rooms were not cleaned properly, baseboards, not cleaned floor is not washed in the bathrooms upstairs as examples. We were dissatisfied with the way the company handled our account and therefore this was a waste of our time and our money. I will never use this service again.

I asked them to clean it but they said they wouldn't. As you can see I was able to clean the spot with no problem. There were other issues as well. At least they showed up on time.
