Even though we live in a hot dry climate, because of his deep cleaning I was concerned about having a long drying time, but his extraction of moisture was so well done that I am pleased to say everything was dry within 3-4 hours. However, the grout is still dirty. I cannot tell the difference from before and after the grout was cleaned. Plus, now there are prints and cloudiness on the tile that was not visibly present before. The grout is a light gray, yet was still black in the kitchen after it was cleaned. These floors and grout were only 2 years old. Moreover, he damaged some backsplash grout. John came out a second time to clean the grout. He looked like he was working hard and got the grout a little cleaner in a few areas, but it was still dirty looking in some areas. As John said, there are no guarantees when cleaning grout. There were still prints and a cloudiness on the tiles that were not visible prior to them cleaning the grout. They also damaged my refrigerator. I am very disappointed in the outcome. The bottom line, I regret hiring them.

CitrusGo is now added into my personally approved companies offering their services. I spoke with them via Yelp and sent pictures of the Used couch I had bought for my vacation home in Arizona. I didn't want a new couch and when I had went to pick up the couch that looked much better online, I didn't want to leave and start the search process over so I bought it and knew I would need a good upholstery cleaning company. CitrusGo did not disappoint with pricing and schedule. I reached out on a Saturday and they were the only ones who could offer their service by Monday. Their tech arrived 15 minutes earlier than the appointment which I was glad to see. He was very professional and quick. He pre-treated alllll the stains and began cleaning shortly thereafter. There was grease stains, dirty finger stains and the worst... Marker stains from the previous owners children! He got 99% of them out and only two small ones remained, but he tried his hardest. Bree was very cordial and nice but explained that they could not do this, but after talking with the owner was told they could give me a total of the five hours that I was told originally would take to clean my home. This did not happen although they were here for the five hours. My home was not finished. Several of the rooms were not cleaned properly, baseboards, not cleaned floor is not washed in the bathrooms upstairs as examples.
