Highly recommend doing the electronic criminal report LiveScan. Don't mail it in - she can do everything onsite for an additional charge. I sent in my fingerprints two months ago to the FBI and have not gotten the report back. It was of time and money. Today, I completed the electronic request and will have it by Tuesday. read more

So I came to get my fingerprints here and the lady when she did my finger prints keep wiping the machine for each finger and she was uncomfortably very rough I told her twice and she kept ignoring me, that's why I dont like people touching me when I do these types of things it gets very personal when u are rough with a person, I'm going to file a complaint next time record the person doing your fingerprints cant trust no one these days read more

i went back again a year later for my military clearance. via was still her excellent self. enthusiastic and fun. i honestly don't know how a person can do this day in and day out rolling fingers with so much fun. but i guess that's her calling and it's a blessing for everyone else. it was easy just like last time. called the same day and in and out in 20 minutes. easy parking. hassle free. she opens late too so i could make it easily after work (i think she was open til at least 6pm or maybe later). read more
