We arrived ~20mins early for our Saturday appointment and were told to just walk in the office at our appointment time. I do recommend making an appointment and having all your paperwork ready before, all of which I did online. The office does try to process walk-in appointments the day we were there which was a Saturday. I wish I had gotten the names of the ladies working because they were efficient and professional, they had a good work flow that allows them to 1) give you the passport application and fill it out if you haven't done so, then 2) check all paperwork including copying your proof of citizenship, & finally 3) double check your paperwork & have you sign the application to turn them in for processing. I appreciate that the processing agent went over what to expect after the and pointing out what the envelopes would look like with the passport and return of proof of Citizenship if you are required to turn in an Original/certified copy. The office also takes passport pictures but I didn't pay attention as to how much it was. I would return to this processing center again if I needed to and on a Saturday again as there was plenty of parking.

It's good for individuals that feel like they need assistance in completing their application since they do everything for you all in the center and is considered a one-stop shop. They will take your picture, review you application for accuracy and then send it off themselves, again all for a fee. If you're not comfortable going to the Post Office and filling out your application, then this would be the place for you. We came for our renewal and only really needed the picture since we printed out our forms online, so they just took a quick look at our app and accepted it. Only issue with my experience is they only have the single fee no matter what type of application you submit, new or renewal.
