My husband…read moreand I just couldn't seem to get the murky water clear and with our health issues it was getting to the point where cleaning it was just becoming too much. Well for $199 you would expect clear water or at least some improvement in the water in. But no. The water never got clear and in fact was worse than when they cleaned it. They never took the turtle out while they were cleaning it and frankly, I don't think they really did a whole lot except for clean the filters and the side of the tank. It was a total waste of our money and a total rip off ! I text the owner twice complaining about the service because I did wait a few days to see if the water cleared up and still just more murky water. You would think being a professional company that they would at least discount what they charged. Especially since the water showed no improvement. But no. Don't waste your money on this company. The results will not be in your favor. Total and complete rip off !
